  • thank you for posting this, it’s very good that you held your ground

  • Dont answer any of their questions.

    I hate the pigs

  • 1. Driving without insurance is not a crime, it's a moving traffic offence. 2. Police need no reason at all to force a vehicle to stop ona public road. 3. You've clearly stated that it was the insurance company's fault and not the police's, so why are you going off on a rant about them? 4. A policeman lawfully carrying out his duty does not contravene S5 of the public order act, irrespective of whether or not you were harassed, alarmed or distressed

  • @UKbrief82 1.I was taught at school that police deal with crimes and criminals,

i was told i had not commited no crime2.Police do need a reason, they need reasonable communicable suspicion of a crime has or is about to be commited

3 i had commited no crime

4 i went to court and the judge laughed it out

a waste of court time my time and the consatables time

the police are there for crimes and criminals

his statement said he told my i had not commited a crime that is why the judge threw it out

  • @psychodrilla Police do deal with crime and criminals, but that's not their only purpose. You are misinformed, read the road traffic act. Police do not need any reason at all to stop a moving vehicle on a public road. A moving traffic offence is not a crime, but you can be prosecuted for it in exactly the same way, the only difference is the way in which it is recorded by Police. I guarantee the Judge did not laugh it out of Court because from your own description, it was a justified prosecution

  • @UKbrief82 you are wrong

it was laughed out by the judge,FACT

i do not care if you believe it or not

    now go away

  • @UKbrief82 bolloxs

  • The officers who dealt with you, spoke with you in a polite, calm and informative manner. They explained clearly what was happening and what they did was correct. Driving without insurance makes every other road user your victims. If there was an oversight by your insurers, that is no fault of the police officers. FYI the police may request your driving documents at any time - not just if you have been involved in an accident or offence. As for the "I’m not governed" nonsense - what utter drivel

  • great job..is there a part 2

  • Theses people need better training, theses are the sort of idiots that pulled my cousin over for not wearing a helmet on his trike, ON A FRIGGING TRIKE, it is not against the law to drive a trike without a helmet, IT HAS THREE WHEELS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, IT'S NOT GOING TIP OVER IS IT???!!!, theses idiots had to phone it in to confirm it before letting him go!, Is that just bad or what!

  • good vid watch this pocso360 gets it wrong spread like wild fire

  • Your mother seemed to be handling the situation perfectly, take notes lol

  • Perhaps you should consider bonding yourself and lodging it with the DOT, backed by your full faith and credit

  • Wow another person who tried the freeman thing and failed, AGAIN!

  • @batmanjim1

thats where you are wrong fuckwit i was in court last month over this and all charges dropped

fuck off troll you are waste of good DNA

you must have been a strong baby .................

to crawl out the abortion bucket

    fuck off loser

go find out who your parents were and why they tried to terminate you

    muppet

  • @psychodrilla

    You won. Justice was served.

Is there a court transcript you can share or provide a link to?

  • @psychodrilla Don't you think that a lot of "Anti-Freeman comments probably come from police officers or their partners?

  • @batmanjim1 ouch

  • @batmanjim1 the freeman thing has nothing to do with dealing with the police its a legal matter that only matters in court .cuntstbbles havent the intelligence or training to know what the difference between legal or lawful

  • This is the police state that the West was fighting in the Cold War. Shameful behaviour by the cops!

  • Wow, you held your own there mate. The police were one thing but the unsurance are a discrace to change your insurance on you like that. Jeez, what has this society turned into? Its absolutely rediculous. We are living in a prison type society

  • @ashleelmb yeah i have manged to get written proof i was insured from my brokers and insurance co

will be in court on the 7 july to ask what is the difference between offence and crime i have a wratten statement from the policy enforcer saying he told me i had committed no crime

they will ignore me but i will have my say

i don't need a 'solicitor' to speak for me a grown adult for fuck sake

each battle is worth it for the lessons learned

and just cos a battle may be lost the war aint over

  • @psychodrilla I will happily explain the difference between an offence and a crime. All crimes are offences, however not all offences are crimes. An offence is any act committed which contravenes any law. A crime is a recorded statistic. For example, speeding is a moving traffic offence, but is not a recordable crime. Assault is an offence contrary to the offences against the persons act, and is a recordable crime.

  • if the police department can afford to pay for cops to just drive around and checking people's licience plate (on a freakin road we paid for!) then they should adjust their budget.,. I would rather have the police come when they are summoned like the firemen.

    Ron Paul...youtube him!

  • See part of me feels for these 'officers' as they are only doing their jobs....then i think naa..its their own choice to be ignorant to the fact they dont know the Law and are breaking their oaths.

Well done with the vid, stay free =)

  • Man I don't get this. You can be removed off the policy if you've lost your job? Where's their Sunglasses????? They are missing their opportunity to be rather cool! I'm glad the term Pigs for Policeman has been well accepted.

  • I love people standing up to the jokers following stupid rules.

  • well done u kept calm and stood your ground 5 stars from me

its all about knowing your rights

  • This is class, well done dude :)

  • Well done for keeping calm and peacefull. Keep me updated Bruv.

  • i am surprised these coppers dont know that an insurance policy covers, insures " the person " to " drive " a car, which they are usually the registered keeper of, or any other car, with the owners consent !

insurance policies are always made in the legal fiction, " the person " !

its not insurance for the car to drive itself !

EU directives also allow you to travel in any country in Europe, but you do have a resposibility to inform, if it is say for longer than a holiday, about 3 months !

  • whats really happening here, is !

that when the accession states joined the EU, this meant that people could come from the old eastern block countries !

and insurance issues arose, because the companies started to renege, due to failing full disclosure on the part of " the person ".

insurance companies also started to decide to make their policies, designated car only, but if you had a continuous policy for the last 6 years, then they have a duty to inform you of any changes !

  • failure to inform you, of any changes, is unfortunately a breach of contract as they have a duty of care to inform you that your insurance is being modified, and that modifacation is a reduction in quality !

also if they modify the policy, " in the person " without your consent, they have also breached their own contract, and also changed the product that they are selling you to something that does not actually do what it says on the tin.

and thats fucking fraud last time i checked !

  • hope all your paper work is in order !

all 6 years of it ! do you under stand gary !

and thats before we get into all the freeman stuff !

which is a little pointless, as the motor vehicle, is registered, and therefore an application was submitted, for registration, of the vehicle !

so althougth the car, is supposedly your mums, she is actually only the registered " keeper " and the real ownwer is the state.

this case is going to be really interesting for a few reasons.

  • if all your insurance paperwork is in order !

and the company has modified the policy, without informing, they are in breach, under duty of care !

if they say they have modified the policy and informed and you lost the letter, or never recieved it, then they have to be considerate in telling other concerned parties, the full story, in relation to the said events !

they flagrantly and lititiously, broke confidentiality, by speaking to the police !

you cant half do the freeman stuff !

  • you really have to deregister your vehicle !

and the time to do that is now !

because the govt are going to just not process your deregistration, generally, if we wait any longer, or take a bureaucratic strop, as i would say !

technically the police can sieze a registered vehicle, but you can fight them in court, and its you not jonny law that usually win because your counsel will start claiming theft, which it is !

look at the alcohol customs cases 2001/2003.

  • the reason that they usually let these siezure cases go is !

that if THEY insist on the siezure, and you have the money and decide to fight them, then you will win eventually, but in the process of winning, you will have a court record, in civil court, not bound by rules of contempt, which you can then put on youtube !

of them admitting what " the person " is and of course the full ramifacations there-of !

and they never want that shit going public ! even althougth it has already !

  • EU directives regarding the standards on a policy, ie you are " the legal fiction " " the driver " " the person " and the insurance document, is a contract, that cant be sold legally when it does not do what it is supposed to, that is indemnifying you of damages should an incident occur that, YOU, " the driver ", " the legal fiction " , " the person " are involved in.

insurance for your car, is YOURS, the car is inanimate object, how can IT sign a contract, unless its fucking herbie !

  • Wow. You are really getting on top of the adrenaline mate. Very well done. Loved all the questions and reminding them of their Oath. I hope whoever has to deal with their claims is well aware of their Oath too.

No crime committed - End of Story. Let's hope sense prevails here. xx

  • your words strengthens my tranquility

still a steep climb but nowt worth while aint ever easy

peas rice love n lollipops etc

    ;-)

  • this is very good ! and much better !

and we are win the other thing too !

otherwise why are they always listening to our phone calls !

  • and this is the best bit !

right at the start the little policewoman says " we have stopped you, to make sure that you are insured for the vehicle "

and that is not resonable articulable suspicion ! my dear ! and nicely shows that the police can see your insurance records on their computer !

complaint time under section 9-37 of the Police Reform Act 2002, false stop, false detention, make improper charges under PACE 1984, blah blah blah !

Det Ch Insp Smiley Special Branch !

  • what a set of fecking wankers, makes my blood boil, what is wrong with these ppl , i was assaulted, had my business broken in to ,my signature forged etc etc they say it is civil offence and you are travelling not causing harm to anyone and they read you your rights!!!! fecking unbelievable , it will come back to haunt them this fascist behaviour

  • BLOODY BRILLIANT SIR!!! 5★ & Fav'd. Wonderful to hear how calmly you "acted" and I sincerely hope your mum fully recovered from what must have been a stressful experience for her. Your vid also evidences the difference between an "offence" and a "crime", so at least the PC's who "dealt" with you (man, even that word is a give away!) DO know they're not the same.

    Safe journeys Gaz.

its funny how they keep saying 'we are not going there'

and just failing to enter into any sensible dialogue

when the copper says' i'm not doing one'

he's reffering to a FPN his colleague asked if it was gonna be issued he said no cos i had already said it was revenue collection lol

  • Shouldn't have got into the back of the police car mate. You are effectively in prison the second you enter.

  • yeah i know mate but things are different when ya got ya ma who i'd promised that i would not make a scene in the car .

and i actually did refuse to get in the cell and was actually in shock from being pulled

and forgot any of my rebuttals to getting in

it was not til i was in and the bird had shouted at me"our authority is from the government!'

so i reminded her it was from the queen and started recording

    peace

  • Fair enough. Well done for standing up for yourself anyway, you didn't get taken down to the cop shop so all ends well really.

  • yeah next time i'll just sit down on the kurb and invite them to join me lol
