Can't say it's a logo anyone with even a minimal amount of taste would pay for... edits; top curve of the 'a', specifically the top left corner, at it's highest point makes it look as if it sitting on an angle. You could of created a way to have the blue meeting black cleaner, possibly on a different angle, blend, parallel to the bottom cut-off of 'a'? The narrow 'u' doesn't match the 'a' thickness, and the width varies - bottom thick, side thin. Bottom type = awful kerning.
