btw, i think some of you think he's traveling because he pivots after the shot-fake. that's not traveling. it's a legal move so long as he puts the ball on the floor before he releases his pivot (left foot in this video's case). but if he's shuffling his pivot, then it can be called for travel, but most high school courts are poorly maintained so the floor is probably slippery/dusty, thus causing the minor slippage of the pivot

the only thing i can say to this guy is watch the travel cos i think i saw a few. and on the shot try and keep straight and on balance because he kinda leans back in the air, and try and keep the ball infront of your face more cos he shootin it from the side of his face which can cause problems in the shot.. otherwise its sweet

That's too easy,i remember in a camp a coach from US told me to try 25 of this one in 2min,ALONE without help,so you take your rebond you throw the ball catch it,one fake,one drible and shot,25 like this in 2 min.Hard practice is better than long practice for nothing!
