  • Did you honestly just say guesstimate ?

  • Do you know how to make miniature FEATHERED wings?

  • These wings are very beautiful, I love them. They're very lovely. Would it be okay if I used these on a puppet?

  • Would Fantasy Film work on Polymer Clay ribbing for a dragon wing? I'm in the stages of planning out a Firelizard from Pern...

  • I'm gonna be making these for my dolls :D I'll also be making the tiaras, scepters, crowns, ect. after I go pick up some wire and beads....

  • You never showed how to make the mermaid tails :( could you make a vid on that plez!!!

  • I will definitely try to do this bigger for my daughter's halloween costume :) Thank you!

  • why so tiny!!! good but.....so tiny!

  • can you make them really big?

  • really nice! thx!

  • Can I use transprant kitchen film as well? ;D

  • @DauwXelfje No, sorry.

  • @DauwXelfje you can, i used paper!

  • @DauwXelfje i did XD it really looks awsome when you add diamonds maby ill make you one MABY :D

  • Hi garden of imagination, can you show us how to make a person out of polymer clay?

  • @SuperSolidmusic Sorry, don't know how.

  • how to you spell the material you use to make the wings out of?

  • @hannah2045 Fantasy Film is on ebay or cellophane is at hobby lobby in the birthday wrapping paper isle.

  • the art supply stores near me don't have all this stuff...where else could i get it?

  • @dzdaydreamer92 Check my channel for a link to The Dutch Lady. She's my supplier. She ships Hobby Lobby items worldwide.

  • could i use a hot glue gun and not the super glue?

  • @breyernakotalover No. It will melt the plastic and dry in a large glob.

  • @GardenOfImagination thanks ;)

  • those are soo cute ... even though they are small you can wear them as fairy wings to , cause i've seen ppl at the ren fair wear little wings like that

  • is it possible to make that sort of wings but only bigger?

  • I cant believe how LUCKY I was to find this tutorial! only three days after when I watched this tutrial and tought, "well, its a nice tutorial, I might use it to make a nice brooch, but im shure ill never make a doll" but THEN I went to this "hand made" convention, with all things unique and hand made, I saw these BEAUTIFUL dolls made by Tuija Leinonen, and I fell in love witht he dolls! they were way too expensive, so I shall make my own!And these wings might even look better than the original!

  • @narmolania I'm so glad you are inspired to make your own! It's a big challenge... but oh so fun. I don't make the dolls but I have used the molds to make people. Check ebay for people molds.

  • can you make a vid of you making a fairy

  • @TheMegaFirewolf I'd love to, but can't make humans... or fairy's.

  • Just subscribed! :)

  • could a blow dryer work as a heat gun? O.o

  • @MarlasanLovesCake Yes, a really hot one would work perfectly.

  • have you ever made these full scale?

would you have any tips for someone who wanted to make life size fae wings?

  • @tofulovesyou I made them for my little girl when she was 2. I do not suggest making them with gallery glass at that size. Just make them out of wire hangers and panty hose or buy them.

  • could you make some fairy bowls and plates for example thank you very much

  • @malvernminiatures Sure. A bowl is just the top of an acorn. I'll get a video together though.

  • would the crystal clear gallery glass work for these?

  • What do mean "if they were real"??? ;-)

  • LOL!

  • Are there two of you making videos at the same time? It's distracting to hear the other person talking.

  • huh? I am the only one on the video. Your computer must be haunted.

  • WOW! It's Amazing I haven't heard your daughter!

  • LOLOLOL!!!! She wasn't born yet or was only a tiny baby when I made this video.

  • To make it more thick without using paint can you put more cellophane?

  • Like double layers? No, then the layers wouldn't stick together. But there is this really thick stuff called Fantasy Film the pros use on wings. Try ebay to find it.

  • hhmm i like your polymer clay videos better.....

    no offence...

  • These look very cute! Can't wait to see the process:)

    BOP

  • uhm that cellophane is not ordinary! i cant seem 2 find any of it in my place! (pout!)

  • Have you tried looking with the wrapping paper? You should find an entire roll of it.

    angela

  • and were can i get the patterns 4 the wings ty. tammy

  • Hi Angela! Love your videos and I'm going to try my hand at making wings. What gauge wire do you use? I bought some but it feels a bit too thin and I could find any that was coated.

Thanks and again, love the vids!

  • I don't remember what guage I worked in but it does need to be plastic coated for the gallery glass to stick to it. Try a 24 guage.

    Angela

  • Thanks Angela! I'll try that gauge as a jumping off point.

  • I wish I could do those. They are so pretty T.T but I doubt the items will be available in my country T.T

  • hey these are really good can you make a vidio on how to make a fairy costume that would be grate but make it life size and like do makeup and the wings and everything that would be asome thanks for posting.
