Holy shit, i remember this commercial! I didn't even catch onto this guy being Matt Le Blanc until I revisited the commercial just now. They used to air this commercial ALL THE TIME in the very late '80s/very early '90s and I thought it was so cool then! In The Netherlands this ad was shown, but it was edited a bit. You don't get to see the girl from the front, the ketchup-bottle is different, Joey (lol) isn't sliding from the handrail, and the most noticing difference; In the original US commercial, one drip is falling from the bottle. In the Dutch version, there's a complete unstoppable wave of ketchup falling... It was cool, though. But seriously, it's not really believable. And putting tomato-ketchup on a hot dog? yuck. :P

If a hot dog place has ketchup as a condiment, it is a sign that it is a horrible hot dog place. If you went to an ice cream parlor and they asked if you would like relish as a topping on your ice cream, you would conclude they were a horrible ice cream shop and never eat there again. You should do the same with hot dog joints that offer ketchup.
