  • I've been doing your workouts for about a week now, and I think I'm finally getting the hang of things. It's extremely hard for me to stay motivated, so I set a goal to do two of your videos (once through) per day every day for a month. So far, so good. Any tips on how to find time to workout and stay motivated especially with a very hectic schedule? Thanks!!

  • I just tried this and didn't do very well... but I attempted everything and modified it as much as I could so I was able. I'm like 60 lbs overweight so I'm happy I tried and I will keep trying. Thank you for the vids.

  • I did this workout 2 days ago and it kicked my butt! I did the second one today.... and my legs hurt when i walk, when i try to sit or stand back up! I think that means it's working and I was WAY too out of shape! Thank you!

  • @staceymom2jandn Haha... it definitely means it's working, but go easy! Try taking something for inflammation, drink LOTS of water, and rest those muscles. xo

  • OMG..this was painfull, i started it day before yesterday, iv got major pain in my thigh, i cant sit and once i sit i cant stand, i wanted to Jog yesterday, but i thought i would take a break, Bex, can you please let me know if i did the right thing by taking a break?, its realy painful, i dont know if you have a clue. Please let me know if this is normal :(!.

  • @devilzgurl666 You absolutely did the right thing by taking a break. Make sure you're staying hydrated, eating foods that encourage healing (I like bananas!), and maybe take something to help with inflammation (Advil usually does the trick). Take care of yourself :) xoxo

  • Hi Bex, so I follow one video for each 3 days of the week for 4 weeks, correct?

    Or do I do all 12 workouts all throughout 3 days a week for 4 weeks?

    I tried your other workout video, the one where you curl down to the floor and jump up, I got only to 5 and I got seriously dizzy and needed to catch my breath. I'm seriously not fit. heheh. Any advice?

    I think this video is great first of all:) but I have some questions and I hope u have answers.. for someone like me being 5'5" at 223 what do u suggest I start off with in working out? I want so bad to start working out at home juss don't what to start off with being that I'm not ur average size girl...plz if u have any suggestions, tips or advice plz Id like to hear it all.   • im a 15 year old girl and i've been binge eating for a year now.

    and i've gain so much weight, i was really skinny back then. i've gained so much fat, big thighs and shoulders. Im starting to eat healthier. Im a dancer and we workout pretty much everyday but the more i workout the more i wanna eat and i feel like working out as in doing squats and push ups makes it even more bigger. Any suggestions?

  • Great video! These are very helpful tips! Now I wanted to re-start my workout. I stopped cause I was so frustrated I'm not losing much weight.   • @DanielleWinJohnson If you don't have a medicine ball, use a single handweight - just hold on to both ends. It works just the same :)

  • @SJohnsonOb You can replace them using anything you'd like - just be sure that you have a good grip on them so you don't drop them on yourself or damage your floor :) The best way to find a weight that's right for you is to use it doing 10 reps of the exercise. If it's no problem, get a heavier weight. If you can't complete 10 reps using good form, drop to a lower weight. Good luck! xo - Bex

  • hey can you help me out. I am currentley 80KG 5'11 and 16 years old. I would like to loose about 5KG i go to the gym everyday for 3 hours.

    I do the Stairmaster for 20 minutes and loose about 250 caloriesw

    also the Eliptical machine for 20 minutes and loose about 200 calories

    and lift weight and machines for like 1 hour

    and then finish off with the tred mill for 30 minutes and loose about 300 calories

    How long sdo you think it would take me to loose my weight by doing this routine?? thx :)

  • thank you thank you thank you!!!! i was searching for at home workouts, but i couldnt find any that were moderate enough for me. even tho today is day one, and i dont have the proper weights/medicine ball (i used full gal of OJ instead) i think i can stick to this!

  • @piggypooh100 I LOVE soulfood! If you're going to eat heavy food, just eat smaller portion and always eat a BIG salad first. If you fill yourself up on easy-to-digest greens, you'll eat less high-calorie fattening foods and they'll digest more easily. Thanks for your question! xo - Bex

  • @juhi882 cardio is to improve over all physical fitness and health whilst weights are more beneficial for muscle build up, to avoid and reduce flabby arms work a lot on your triceps and biceps

  • @jamsandwichism You're right... interval training can serve the purpose of both, as well as exercise that places emphasis on breath + movement... yoga is a great example

  • @florencelindberg The easiest and best way to determine what the best weight for you is this: Use the heaviest weight that you can lift 10-12 times in good form. You can struggle a bit, but don't lose proper form.

  • You got it! Remember to add in two days of additional cardio... so that's 3 days strength training and 2 days cardio. Cardio can be anything that gets your heart rate up for at least 20-30 minutes... running, jumping rope, a fast paced walk. Good luck with losing that baby weight, and let me know how it goes... I know all about those pesky baby pounds. I did it three times :)
