@aaa000321 It's the Ex Tank, which gives you an extra 2 lives at the start of your game next time you load the save, for a total of 4 instead of 2.

Either try to get a PS1 copy on Ebay or you can get it on MMX collection for gamecube or PS2. hope this helps.

@Hellwolf36 I think it's mostly because the ice enemies are the starters in most games. Except in X2, that game has about 3 bosses to start with

It is a EX Tank and once you get it whenever you continue a file with this item you will have 4 lives instead of 2

MAN! I miss that game hella bad! I was downloading Roms on my computer and couldn't remember which Megaman it was. My uncle had X on SNES when I was younger and I got X4 on my PSX later. Damn this brings back memories!

I thought the guy at the beginning of the stage was Blizzard Buffalo and not Spark Mandrill... but come to think of it, they'd both probably look the same frozen anyways. But yeah, it'd make more sense to see both Chill Peinguin and Blizzard Buffalo, afterall it is an ice/snow stage :P

I have an old video capture card (AverDVD EZMaker, or something like that) in my PC that I connected the video to, and I just connected the audio to the line-in jack.

That is supposed to be Chill Penguin, actually. You can also see Blizzard Buffalo in the ice at the beginning of the stage.
