However, being popular is not a necessary prerequisite for making a subgroup - if anything, it's another group and more songs with which to promote Rainbow. It can only be a good thing to get more exposure. Who knows? People may begin to funnel to Rainbow through Pixie.

That's funny, 'cause Rainbow's To Me fared better in the Charts than A, and Sweet Dreams was equal to A in top position. And I think all of them went better than Diva for example. But I know what you mean, although it has nothing to do with their music, AS is just better promoted: collab. with Son Dambi (Amoled) put them on the map, then the UEE craze, Kahi as a dancer, Jooyeon in IY, Lizzy on Running Man, and these days its all about Nana.
