Hey it's me Brent. This video cracks me up every time. I was in a car accident last year and broke my neck and some ribs but I'm training again and plan on benching 500 lbs. before 2010. I have had alot of injuries over the years, including one that left me paralysed from the neck down in 1996 that ended my competitve career. For me, lifting is about pushing yourself and never giving up, no matter what. That's all any of us can do!

I knew Brent in the early 80's...he has always been built but that's the biggest I've EVER seen him.
