I am on a liquid diet at this point. I do not set my goal on how much weight I lost. The only thing counts is that i lose to point when i want my ideal body to be, because i was eating improperly and cause me to gain 14 pounds. Hopefully, if i stop my old eating habit after i finish my liquid diet, and try to break my diet properly, I will sustain my body figure. Please reply back.

I am so tired of people keep saying how u will gain back all your weight after u stop the fast.

some of the reasons that those people gain back their weight is because...

1. they went back to their old eating habit, which was the reason they were fat in the beginning.

2. they did not excise

3. they mess up when they try to break the fast.

WoW! I honor you for sticking with Raw when you cooked for everyone else. :-) My fiance and I had a Raw Thanksgiving too. Mock Turkey Loaf(rolled up in Romaine lettuce),Cranberry Sauce,Stuffing Supreme,Mashed Potatoes and Chives,Waldorf Salad,Apple Pie,Pecan Pie and Chocolate Pudding. It was all Delish!

Very cool save-the-date cards! Maybe the small dress will be extra motivation? I'd love to do a live chat. I've got many questions for you, especially about the cauliflower mashed "potatoes" and the turkey loaf. I had raw vegan lasagna (from Matt and Sarma's cookbook) and raw pecan pie (from one of Carol Alt's books). My grandma has always made raw cranberry relish which I love (especially this year).

you look absolutely stunnin in this vid. I wanted to start include one cooked meal a day to prepare my stomach for my education phase n xmas of course,i cudnt keep it in,it took three days to keep in the cooked meal that shows how the body automatically refuses that devilish stuff.
