Midsomer Murders is the very best. Poirot, Lewis, Miss Marple and Inspector Morse are so dull compared to the quirky atmosphere (and humour) of Midsomer Murders. American detective shows like Cold Case, CSI etc. are so painfully bad I even skip the adverts.

<3 gosh, I love this series so much. It doesn't take itself too seriously, there's not heaps of dark shit and blood and gore and super duper latest technology stuff and bad romance octagons like in all the American murder/cop shows, which is way too overdone... it's just so old fashioned, and quirky, and well... -British- xP

Uhhh, there are many getting killed in Barnaby. So that's abit hard to say. Uhm, if you can remember the season, if it's with Jones or Troy, I bet you will find it easier. : )
