  • nice music

  • The rock placement is awesome! Going to try re-scape our tank soon... this looks amazing!

  • Rush and a reef 2 of my fave things

  • That is a beautiful tank!

  • So to set up a saltwater tank, do you really NEED all of the giant pumps and crap? lol!! We have a 10 gallon that is freshwater right now and my sister is going to take her mickey mouse platys (theres only two) in a smaller tank with her to college, so im thinking about making a salt water tank out of it... is it possible? thanks.

  • @starbucks10v3r your pretty much starting form scratch. Im going to be blunt; a nano-tank (under 30 gallons) is not easy to take care of. Perhaps look into a biocube or other all-in-one tanks. Live rock is the skeloten of the reef, providing structure and biological filtration. You need a pound a gallon, ranging from usually $7-10/pound. With a protein skimmer, heater, sand, liverock and livestock, i would give you a quote of about $200.

  • @rockinbewbs Ok 200 isnt bad at all haha thanks!

  • love the aquascaping

  • wow dude u have a piece of the ocean in your home!

  • as well as this is done it should have way more views though. have you put in about 40 aquarium terms in the edit tags feature of your channel?> if you do it will become relevant much faster in the searches, this tank rocks

  • wonderful tank! You have left open swimming room in front and behind, this also allows for great detritus removal from otherwise stagnant spots really well done for the long haul.

  • Nice tank, plenty of room for growth.

  • That's so cool. I like that clam. :p I might get a Saltawter tank & I was wonedering if you could buy Saltwater fish at a regular pet store or if you have to go to someplace else?

  • Your fish all look very healthy and active. One thing to "keep" fish and another thing to provide them a piece of "home". Great Job!!

  • Your reef tank is exactly 200 times larger than mine!

  • yours is a 1.05 gallon!!?!?!?!?!??!

  • there is a thing called pico reefs u no....

  • Way to much maintenance/monitoring and it's to problematic. Go as big as you can with saltwater...

  • @TheOneAndOnlyProdigy i realize that, im just pointing it out

  • @dahermitcrab I checked out your 400gallon tank. Sweet fish only setup! Looks like you got every fish from the ocean in there!!

  • you spent all that money in 10 months you must be rich or you know people lol

  • very nice

  • super nice new setup! in 1 year that bad boy is going to be a winner!

  • I don't understand how you know which coral is a small polyp stony coral and which one isn't. Can you look at them and tell? Nice tank by the way.

  • pillars...so cool

  • What type of reflectors are you using? it looks great!

  • Thanks. Just using the cheap $35 reflectors from Hello Lights

  • @dme330i nice tank!!! I wanted to know some

good stocking ideas for a 6 gallon nano cube?

  • amazing tank! i love the green bubble coral

  • how u get a reef?

  • Do you happen to know if they are hardy

  • Yes. Key is stable parameters.

  • when did you add skittles etc . i would like these type for my tank. 10/10 great set up. put you skimmer etc up please

  • SPS were added at 30 days and continued over time as frags were acquired.

  • great tank, awesome aquascaping, how do you mount the rock like that?

  • Thanks. I took the $.98 pavers at my local hardware store and drilled a hole in it with a masonry bit. Then, I stuck a 3/8" fiberglass rod in the hole. Next, I drilled the rock and stacked the rock on the rods.

  • oh ok, i'm gonna have to try that when i do my next tank,

  • are you on reef central? was that your thread?

great aquascaping. great tank. going to be an amazing tank once it grows in

  • Thanks - never started a thread on reef central. However, I did get the pillar idea from the various threads on the site.

  • what kind of corals are those little flat ones that look hard you can see them in 1:07 and 1:17 the big green one ?

  • Montipora Capricornis

  • Awesome...awesome...just awesome. 5/5 BRAVO, BRAVO!!!

  • Beautiful! like you aquascape.

  • that aint 210 gallons.

  • So, from your computer screen how big does it look to you? 72"x30"x24"

  • 224 gallons

  • Factor in the thickness of the glass and you get approximatelyh 210

  • yeah i got a 125 sps. put a sailfin tang in the other day and my yellow tang killed it when i turned my back on the tank for 5 mintues. Your tank looks just like mine. Good job.

  • Thanks. I put my sailfin tang in first. Just put a yellow tang in a couple of weeks ago as my last tang and so far so good.

  • it looks like my 210to me. 72 x 30 x 24 is the size of my 215 (queon claims 215). what kind of filtration do you have? can you get some vid of it

  • Filtration is via:

    - live rock

    - protein skimmer

    - seachem matrix

    - 6 ml of vodka/day

    - chaeto in a separate 20 gallon fuge

  • Very nice! Well done!

    take 5 stars!

  • Thanks!

  • Fantastic tank! Gotta love Rush! Great work on the corals- those SPS's can be tough.
