@Myrtje123 Rosetta Stone is a very good program to learn German since, hey, wow, some countries do not have English as a national language. Now, that´s surprising hun?
@ticiany111 No don't really find that surprising, since I live in Holland, where (hey, wow) we don't speak English either. But I'm just used to having subtitles, 'cause that's how they often do it here. So sorry if I offended you in any way..
@Myrtje123 When you watch a similar type of t.v. program in the U.S. or other English-speaking country, the same thing is done. In an interview with a foreign celebrity, politician, or ordinary person, if the person speaks German, French, Cantonese, Arabic, or any other language other than English, we get a voiceover in English, translating what the person says. That way we don't have to read the t.v. We can just watch and listen. Subtitles would be nice here, but that's the way it goes.
@Myrtje123 damn.....you do realize america is so against subtitles....only place they show up is in movies....mostly, it's voice-overs or just english speaking germans, or english speaking russians....lol...your comment is so misinformed and yes, even arrogant....no wonder other countries think we're asses
@LaVacheJolie haha :) can see your french your saying deutsch but its german !! " deutsch" c'est seulement en allemand et en anglais ca veut dire hollandais XD je me suis tromper des centaines de fois jusqua ce que ma prof me dise qu'elle etait allemande et pas hollandaise !!

It's so annoying that they always have voiceovers in germany. Have they never heard of subtitles? English would be a lot easier.
