  • You are the idiot who cant read... If you are that dumb that you are looking for a washed up boxer that no one cares about anymore and you end up on a Duran Duran video, then you need to fall repeatedly on a knife and end everyones suffering, to make sure you don't reproduce any other offspring that we will have to probably use our tax dollars to help out, cause they will be retarded or in jail.

  • offspring ? i did not produce any records by the offspring, iam not a record producer. Thanks for letting me know about the offspring being in jail,i never did like them anyway.p.s sorry to hear your retarded and in jail ,hope they will release u soon.......regards dicky numbnut

  • oh so many memories I have following this band... 27 years on and the current tour is still drawing in the crowds..... brilliant...

  • duran duran a vuelto!!!!!!!

  • look at john behind simon rockin on that bass!! he kicks asss!!

  • John STILL takes my breath away...

  • @thefaeriesmidwife Yes John leaves me breathless too ... but its still Simon who makes me feel crazy inside!

  • Ah, to be back in '81. Sigh...

  • Indeed... a much simpler time...

  • It's funny, people from this generation will look at this and say how it might be considered cheesey. Little do they realize how cool and cutting edge it was and still is. Duran Duran were very unique bach then!

  • but they completely ripped off Japan methinks

  • Influenced by Japan, YES *

Ripping them off, I don't completley agree. Duran did indeed have there own unique stance. Just like saying Japan ripped off Roxy Music, yes?

Japan may have came from the same school, but Sylvian was and is his own amazing genius...

  • well, yeah, duran duran were influenced heavily by japan, which is cool....hmm, well, i suppose so, yeah, well, .....personally, i think duran duran did have their own stance, but it were a bit too garish, whereas japan were more sharp

  • to say duran duran were influenced by japan is a bit much. i think, roxy music bowie chic and new york dolls were the cornerstones of duran durans formative years and not japan - kraftwerk certainly influenced japan and duran duran...so i think that it is fair to say both duran duran and japan were influenced by almost the same bands and emerged at a period after bowie when make up was fine and synthesisers ruled the music scene...but kraftwerk introudced them well before Japan did...

  • @gregingram1970 yes i very much agrewith you there as i have seen an interview done with nick rhodes and he said bowie, roxy music were his influences

  • @shakerclass Couldn't agree with you more!

  • @shakerclass Duran Duran was a bit before my time I was born in the early 80's, but even though this may be a bit cheesy by today's standards. It doesn't matter because it's real music and nobody is really doing anything out there or cutting edge now. It's all very safe and cliche. Such a shame really/

  • @shakerclass

Well... I'm born in 1983 and I definitely like Duran Duran. They're NOT cheesey!!!

  • @shakerclass The energy and fun of the Duran days was absolute brilliant. As a teenager, going to Duran concerts for £3.50 was cheap and exciting.. I get quite offended when Duran's early music is called cheesey by today's generation. The 80's was the best peroid for music. Today's music is unexciting and £60 tickets are ridiculous and a rip off. The hair, clothes, music and fun were awesome!

  • Thanks for the video, brilliant performance!

  • TOTP puts up a lotta great shows! Just wish I could be at some of them... ahhh. Love this song! Thanks tons for putting it up!

  • Thanks for putting this up !

  • some new romantic looking for a tv sound :-)
