Eider, it's me Carlos! It's so nice to see you're working out. I'm in Dallas, TX. Good to see you look like yourself. I'm on facebook. Look for the skinhead with Prada frames.
He looks like a great trainer! Dedicated and paying attention to the nuances a student can really understand and learn. One on one is a much more intense, rewarding and safer workout than a group class as the focus is just on you, any mistakes made are corrected and you keep improving. He looks like he would really motivate too!
Donald is a very Intense Pro Trainer who is extremely "No Nonsense". You are very precise and truly accurate with your comment. It sounds like you have done some kick butt training yourself. Feel free to contact "The Donald" if you live in the NYC area. He comes highly recommended and I will be posting more tips from him as a follow up of this video clip. Thanks for watching!
nice vid susie...however..kinda disagree. He said its better to be with a one on one. I think it depends on the instructor/trainer. You can have a bad one on one trainer who will show u something and walk away just like in a class session. PT is great, yes when the trainer knows what he/she is doing by paying attention to detail etc. Classes are great also because you'll wrk with different peoples styles which thus make u improve. SO BOTH SERVES A PURPOSE
Hey, Wingchundragon! You raise a really good point. I agree with you it can be beneficial both ways just as long as one is keeping up with a consistent program. As an Instructor and Trainer myself as well as you if that Personal Trainer is a Pro in the field or extremely credible it may be far more impactful and intense a session as that person is getting that individualized attention.
