  • Excelente video amigo!

  • Damn I"m jealous of how big your room is, and a high ceiling too!

  • now thats where its at! rings made with motorcycle tiedowns.

  • that tv in the background reminds me of the days when you needed a pair of pliers to turn the channel and some tin foil get some reception

  • Nicely Done! Good Ideas of how to create the stuff at home!!!!!

  • Stunning, great stuff dude, well done!

  • Молодца! Сильный Мужик!))

  • Awesome! You've got a good combination of size and being lean. Are you on any particular diet?

  • Respect......Are you at a gymnastics club/school etc...?????

  • You are a beast my friend!!!!!!

  • This is feaking awesome man! I integrate ring work into my weight lifting and I learned just how hard this kind of exercise is. I am slowly working my rings and hope to be doing an iron cross one day even if just for a few seconds.! Thanks for posting this!

  • nice man,!

  • great work man! And great song!!

  • awesome video dude!

    wish i could do that

  • Good Job! :D

  • where did you bought your rings?

  • @liteltommy

    wow you're smart TOO

  • are you or were gimnastic atlethe

  • @carlos1563866

    wow you're smart

  • I train using gymnastic rings, but I was wondering if they destroy your joints because of the stress it puts on them...I really don't want my joints to be shot when I'm older.

  • my rooms freakin tiny compared to yours, i wish i could fit a smith machine and have space for hoops too.. although i am 6"5, i cn never do pullups indoors :( smackin my damn head on the ceiling..

  • Hi there.. Nice video. Gymnast have the nicest looking bodies. I have always wondered if gymnast gets big and cut just from doing the gymnast routine / exercises or do they actually do alot of heavy weights too ?

  • @hangcool mostly body weight exercises but we do alot of strength and conditioning not just routines

  • Awesome, the bucket circles was really cool!

  • awsome dude love the set up aswell. thumbs up

  • awesome training ! im going to save this video. but uhhh...you need to clean up your room! jesus dude...it looks like a mess in there! lol

  • nice bro,,,nice!!

  • Very coo. Would like to see set up for the bucket circles.

  • how did u make the thing to do flairs on?

  • what did you use to hang the rings on the ceiling?

  • Awesome Body.

  • @NumberOneCollegeFan

Personally our gym doesnt. We might do dips or crosses with a weight vest, or v-ups with some ankle weights. But as far as lifting, no.

  • Im a gymnast myself. And on your leavers you need to try to get em parallel to the ground and instead of doing multiple. Do one and hold it as long as you can. Very good though

  • top stuff :)

  • I just got some rings.........so now I know how strong you are LOL.

You make it look easy! :P

  • @NumberOneColledgeFan I am a gymnast and I've been doin it for a couple of months and the only weights I've used is myself we don't use that many weights if we did it wud be like a weight vest or somethin for doin pull ups or full body dips but I haven't used any yet but I'm thinkin about gettin ankle weights and if we use regular weights it's just to strengthen us up more but if u do parrallel bars and then start gettin into pummel horse and stuff I'll see that u don't really need weights lol

  • Dude great form and very strong core I'm trying to form and strengthen my core my gymnastics place is trying to get high quality rings that hang all the way from the high ceiling that we have but we're did u get your rings that wud help me greatly with my core awesome vid and what level are u

  • how to get good form like you on bulgarian dips?

  • WAR EAGLE!

  • Nice

  • Mate ubelievably great :D trampolinist myself wish i was in as good a condition as thar :D

  • You're awesome!

  • this video was the real deal impresive

  • damn TRX would be so much easier, great job though

  • Wow, Kudos brother! I am not a gymnast but I will definitely use your bucket idea for a great core workout. Keep kickin ass brother!

  • Do gymnists ever use free weights to train or is their actual sport training enough.

  • @NumberOneCollegeFan yes, they do. but as well-a lot of stretching, not to get bulked too much

  • 13 people are obese

  • awesome stuff man, great work.

  • wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have a question:

How many times a week training that routine? What is your training during the week?

would be of great help to me answer my question

    greetings from Chile

  • Awesome workout! E :)

  • Question: Can you show a shot of your ceiling? I'm curious about how you set up your rings indoors, and especially curious about the bucket.

    I'd appreciate the hints!

    Amazing vids!

  • ur cute

  • wow honestly mate thats brilliant really wanna try rings now and the bucket things fantastic so simple and so effective lol thumbs up

  • wow what age did u start training?

  • Love the commitment, KEEP WORKING AT IT! =)

  • The bucket! I have to wait until morning to go buy a damn bucket! I am going to lose sleep cause I gotta get a bucket! Great vid man!

  • Did you build your own mushroom?

  • nice training mate what is ur height and weight?

  • very nice , i loved it

  • I´m a teacher of Physical ed. and used to do Gymnastics too, men, the bucket exercise is awesome, i love it, and if someone knows about sports and sacrifice maybe think as me, cause i really think gimnastics is te most complete exercise to know yor own body and how to use it, then when u know yourselve u can be better in anyting u try to do, and gymnastics does that. sorry my english is not too good cause im from argentine. and i tell u again, I LOVE THE BUCKET!!!!!!

  • It might be a little pathetic that I noticed the VS Bag on the background before anything else on the first work out :)

  • unreal job bud, keep it up

  • yea fella the bucket great bit thinking.

  • Hey Man, I am training muscle up but it failed, May I know what exercises should I train before go for muscle up? I can do perfect dips and perfect pull up, is it a problem of transition from the moment of pull up to dip? (^_^")

  • Good work man. Impressive. Starting to work with rings to up my strength game.

  • 2 words : damn Niggah !!

  • hej friend thiis is a very good tut

    why you don't make more?

    please

  • That's a beautiful iron cross variation for training.

  • I'm curious why I've never seen the bucket in the gym...um hello...what a great idea to learn how to do it...and get the sense of it...but no...it's a macho thing you just gotta learn to do it without.. (eyeroll)

  • HOW MANY DAYS TAKE YOU, TO MAKE THIS VIDEO? CAUSE YOU DO AN EXERCISE AND THEN YOU GOT CHANGE CLOTHES

    UH??

  • do gymnist lift alot of free wieghts too? i know free weights dont strengthn the thousands of muscles this does but im curious to know if you guys do any lifting like deadlifts or squats or bench or barbell rows ?? gymnists have the best upper body develoment ive ever seen...

  • That bucket thing is interesting, but how does it transfer over to not using it? Do you have a way to decrease the assistance? Or is it purely used to feel the movement?

Great compilation Its good to see the external rotation finishing off the muscle ups.

  • 4:27, lats are going to work!!! awesome!!! Just inspired me to set up rings in my shed lol... great work man!

  • Holy fuck you are great!

  • Keep on.

  • one of the best training videos for gymnastics, GREAT JOB!!!!

  • I was just wondering if the person who said a muscle-up is 85% technique can do one? The pull up and push up are PURE strength.

BOTTOM LINE,, U can have crappy technique and still be strong enough to get above the bar. You can't have great technique and a little strength and still do it.

If you are not strong enough to get above the bar you'll never be in a position to pracitse your technique. Its ALL based in trainng. This dude, CLEARLY put his time in. Keep going folks!!! NO SURRENDER

  • @getntrained Depends how good that person is at kipping .. =)

  • Ronald Weasley O_O

  • fewer reps. but very good

  • this dude has to do the epicest flares ever!

  • I will follow this...

  • just what i was looking for thanks

  • YOU ARE A MAN!!

  • Very inspiring :)

  • LMAO at the bucket thingy !

  • how exactually did u make the bucket :)

  • it looks like the rings are to far apart

  • Very cool bro....those look like some great exercises, I like that bucket one...could use that for breakdancing...

  • 9 people are Obsessive Compulsives that freak out at the sight of a messy room.

  • I want to second the brilliance of the bucket idea.

  • it's amazing to be like that muscular without lifting weight...

  • hey. im thinking about taking up a basic ring routine. maybe just starting with dips and pullups with rings and then work my way to more complex stuff. is it hard on your wrists? it looks like you have it bent back pretty far

  • awesome stuff.

  • The bucket thing is f%^& genius!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @canninerash0311 they use that at alot of gyms actually.

  • how many reps you do?

  • Good job.

  • That what gymnastics is about, free spirit through your body no matter who or where you are. Well done! Keep on rockong bro!)

  • What do the bucket circles work?Cool video.Gymnastic workouts are looking more and more appealing.

  • those are back lever negatives my friend, but very impressive

  • I can do that, that, that ...can't do that, i can do that, that , i dont have a bucket, but i could do that and i can do that, that and that.

  • my bf says you make the front lever negatives look easy...just saying... awesome job as well ^_^

  • Great song choice. One of my favs.

  • How long have you been training on rings for? I've just started. How long did it take you to muscle up?

  • Video is good music is gay...

  • i was a gymnast, and i must say, impressive :) KEEP IT UPPP

  • very impressive, I loved the bucket circles.

  • Needless to say very impressive considering the level of difficulty of these exercises. But all I could think about is "bachelor pad" ...

  • Awesome. I love this stuff. The bulgarian ring dips and those flyes are awesome. Improved my muscle up and control 100%.

  • @TheCjcorrea Well they're not exactly random if they are used for training are they?

Either they don't have access to the equipment at a gym or they would like to be able to train in their home some days.

  • Very nice! Gotta ask... where did you get your rings from?

  • serious strength man !! respect

  • You kick ass bro....gave me a lot of ideas and im not even in to all that, just want to control my own body weight better...YOU ROCK

  • Dude those bucket circles are brilliant! I've never seen that as one of the progressions to doing circles on a mushroom before.

  • Awesome video, will be working on the front lever negatives to help with some of my pole work. Thanx for posting x

  • Tried these exercises. They're a lot harder than they look.

  • awesome video

  • BUCKET CIRCLES!!!!!! Brillant!!!!

  • BUCKET CIRCLES!!!!!!

  • Great !! thanks, bro

  • very nice :D

  • Great exercises!

  • This is sick man. I've been lifting for about 3 years now and I thought I was pretty strong for my size until I bought my first pair of Rings last week. You're hella strong man, this is awesome. Even the easiest things such as DIPS are hard on rings. How long have you been training with rings for?

  • @Julian20o8 dont bring yourself down man,it also depends on weight, i mean if ur fat then it wont be easy.

  • any 1 ever get pain in their sternum when doing bulgarian dips ?

  • Excellent video, I've been weight training for years and was looking to gymnastics for some variation. Your video is by far the best online. Almost have a tucked planche on the rings but also still a long way off. Thanks again for uploading. Please do another.

  • amazing, very cool stuff there my man, keep it up n load up some more vids

  • does anyone know where to buy ONLY the straps? i have the rings but need straps.

  • @sakelee

try your local outdoor shop. you can get some nylon webbing and make your own. you can also try home depot or lowes. they have ropes and stuff (such as hardware for the buckles) but I am not sure if they have nylon webbing and that is what you want.

  • Thats some cool shit!! very creative..what do u do for your abs?

  • Красава!!

  • Watching this video makes me want to start working out like a gymnist

  • not bad just try to keep the legs straigter

  • Lol nice five second iron cross, what a joke.

  • @ticonderoga8000 Can you do it? If not shut the fuck up. If so good for you, but atleast he's learning..

  • @ticonderoga8000 I bet If you tried your skinny pencil arms will break at the elbows.

    Show some respect!

  • how long are your workouts usually?

  • Nice muscle ups! really clean form. Keep up the good work!

  • ust seeing these years I realize how hard and how long it takes to be able to run competitively .. It takes an impressive muscular strength, where all the muscles of the body are involved ..

  • where did you get your rings from

  • @deebry20 I bought some good ones at gymnastic bodies.com/store/ The book and DVDs are also a great buy.

  • awesome job man keep it up. You are giving people great ideas.

  • where did u get the rings from pleazz respond back.

  • The Fly's look really good.

The bucket circles are going to gimp your shoulder strength if you keep bending your arms. The point is to use the shoulder to generate power, not your larger muscle groups.

I often find crosses are easier worked by lowering into them instead of pulling from below. Props to everything else, have you tried working planches?

  • That bucket is great, great idea

  • Sweet

  • Great job!

I'm really struggling with muscle ups and the front lever but you make muscle ups look easy!

  • WDE!

  • Respect for you,

  • Your room is a disaster, but seriously, this is an awesome video, the bucket circles is an ingenious idea.
