Prenatal vitamins and Birth control pills for hair growth

i tried the whole crushing pills thing into the conditioner and omg never doing that again ,, i guess the hormones in the pills got in my blood stream and i felt nusea every time i used them i will just feel weird ,, im already on birth control so i realize it was the dam pills i put in my conditioner so i threw it out ,,
