  • In fact I think this is from "A Brief History of Nearly Everything"

  • This feels kind of like I've heard this before. I don't think the author of the video is the author of this piece

  • Thank you for the film. It is so beautiful

  • this is awesome but it's hard not to watch this and feel like an irrelevant worthless sack of water and carbon :(

  • This is such good stuff. Your pleasing voice combined with the music and the awesome material brings a tear to my eye. I've watched parts 1-3 several times now and am wondering whether this series will ever actually continue.... if there were infinite episodes of this, I wouldn't do anything else with my life but watch it.

  • When is part 4 coming! I can't wait!

  • I've watched this a bunch of times... it never gets old.

  • the universe must be infinite because when it was a singularity it was infinately dense. it makes perfect sense :)

  • After you can grasp the concept of how big the universe is, then my response to "miracles" is that it is a miracle that I am living in such a time where knowledge is rewarded over ignorance, and you are not persecuated or chided for trying to understand your surroundings, and that our knowledge of the universe is not limited to some books written thousands of yaers ago.

  • LOL what are the jeebus-believers even doing here?

  • "Space is big" No! Your shitting me.

  • I hope that you teach at some level, because based upon your videos I tink you would be great as a teacher. Of course this judgement is based soley on youtube videos. :-)

  • Never mind i see the music is yours

  • What music is in this video? Please respond :)

  • i know the big bang is the most widley accepted theory forcreation of the universe, but i just feel like it's not correct. I just can not grasp everything coming from something smaller then an electron. How can that mathematically be proven?

  • I'm uneducated in this field so please excuse me and my silly question.

The furthest objects are moving away from us faster than we could chase them on a beam of light, does that mean faster than light? I'm assuming the answer to this is going to be very intricate but if you can and have the time, please explain or reference papers I can read.

Note: I'm not stupid, don't go easy on the big words :P

  • @crazEgamer201 yes and no, its all relativity the reason there moving faster than light is that space itself is expanding (there's a vid here somewhere that explains it better than I can) take an elastic and evenly mark it 4 times (point A-D) if you pull it at point A-B, B-C, C-D with same force it always expands the same now pull it from A and C and B and D, a-b is same as before but A-C and B-D expand at double the rate and A and D even more so now put that on a universal scale

  • @crazEgamer201 where each galaxy is a point such as A when you have countless points sooner or later the farther points will be moving faster (relative to the farther ones) then light can catch up to so anything beyond that point in space where it expands at the speed of light (relative to us) we will never see. Its the visible limit.

  • If their truly exists such a god that humans describes, then science has opened humanity's eyes to its sheer magnitude. It is sad people confide their beleifs to understnadings contructed thousands of years ago. I were this god, I would not be so happy on how they are minimizing me.

  • Is there any Part IV? Or is it upcoming? This is a very promising Series.

  • @LutzDerLurch Part IV will happen eventually. Be patient :o)

  • Please help me clarify how many stars there are in Milky Way. I've heard numbers from 100 to 400 billion. Apparently it's hard to count them all, what kind of measurement or weight is used?

  • luna is a planet . It is part of a two planet system . Earth/ luna . The moon is not a satelite

  • @peterm3964 Not so; the barycentre of the Earth-Moon system is located inside the Earth, and Luna is a natural satellite.

  • @AndromedasWake good point . but I still call it a dead planet

  • Is there going to be a part IV: In The Beginning?

BTW I did a double take a few weeks ago when I saw you on The Sky At Night chatting to Sir Patrick Moore. :)

  • @Zed1967 There will be part IV. Sky at Night was fun!

  • Some would feel hopelessly insignificant in the grand scheme of things, but when I lie awake at night unable to sleep, my mind full of the truly trivial aspects of my life, nothin makes me feel more infinitely special and comfortable than a quick mental tour of the cosmos.

  • @MrAudiovideodisco Yeah.me too.

  • We are so small that we almost do not exist.

  • @Lexaurin12 but we do exist, we are something but what are we?

  • Space is this. It is a Room. There are a hundred Billion galaxies in the Universe (space). In those galaxies are a thousand Trillion Stars. What is outside is to be examined.

  • Wow the way you descr

  • We think the universe is big. That's our perspective. Ask a beam of light how big the universe is and he will tell you different. We think the next door neighbours are close. Ask that same question to a snail in your garden, he will dissagree. Its all relative.

  • @njirem: Kinda true, but there's two points allowing the word BIG to be used with bold, capital letters. Firstly, and most simply, we are talking to humans, so human perspective is important. Secondly, even light takes a year to get out to the oort cloud, and many years to get to our nearest neighbour star. And all that is a fleck on the cosmic scale.

  • Kilometre not killommetter.

  • its nice but i need subtitles pls

  • 11 minutes of pure beauty. It was an honor watching this video.

  • I've never felt so small...

  • it be the shiz to go to another planet with just hot aliens girls and you was the only guy haha

  • I didn't believe in fact when i read holy Qur'an it is said that god is expanding the universe, what a coincidence...?

  • Very educational. Thank you Andomedaswake.

  • Reality = Awesome

Reality = Something thiests will probably never realize

  • chuck norris can measure the universe

  • @AvengerB0i He also never found god, so therefor, he claimed the title of god, all hail Chuck

  • @AvengerB0i Enough with the Chcuk Norris jokes. They were funny at first, but they are eveywhere.

  • @castroiscool and I would not 100 % agree to what they are saying. The universe has been around for billions of years. and we homosapien have been around for how long... say how many thousand of years. if we can measure our knowledge and the scale would be a one year old child being zero until he age 85 years old and then die due to old age being the 100th scale, we are just a sperm... we are even at the stage of being a zygote. they are just playing smart, they are but not that much.

  • @The only thing that can ever produce a 100% certain truth is pure mathematics. Everything else that is not just 100% pure mathematics can never be capable of delivering 100% certainty. And that is why in Science things other thatn math are "Theories". But to say "its just a theory" is wrong, because this shows a lack of understanding what a "theory" is in the scientific meaning of the word.

  • @castroiscool that is why it is called "big Bang Theory" because it is just a theory of how we all started from two minute atom or molecule or whatever then became very vast. They haven't proven that we started from that big bag, it is still a theory. Someday, maybe a thousand years from now when we are all gone they might change their minds to "OH PEOPLE SINCE WE CANNOT PROVE HOW WE ALL STARTED WE ARE GOING TO CHANGE OUR THEORY, TO... OH WELL WE HAVEN'T THOUGHT OF IT YET"

  • @jon2x24ph There is plenty pf evidence, and even a smoking gun, to prove that the Big Bang happened.

Also, in science, a theory is not an abstract thought like it is for general use. The definition of a scientific theory is a model that explains the facts, laws, observations and evidence, allowing us to make predictions. An unchallenged theory is the pinnacle anything can reach in science. Scientific law is on a much smaller scale than theory (which contains many scientific laws).

  • @castroiscool I am not saying that scientists are lying about the true nature of the universe. Our generation accepts their theory because it is within the limits of our existing technological advancements and knowledge. It is no different than the people before who believed that the sun is revolves around the earth and the earth is flat. Because at that time that is all they had. just like today, scientists believe in black hole theory and everybody accepts it even though it is just a theor

  • @jon2x24ph Actually, it isn't exactly the same. The difference between modern scientists and the people that claimed everything revolved around a flat Earth, is methodology, more commonly referred to as the scientific method. We can't just spit out ideas and call them theories. We have to put these Hypotheses to the test, i.e., verify them with experimentation.

Learn scientific terminology before criticizing science. It just makes you look ignorant if you haven't and it shows that you haven't.

  • Light being the fastest speed is a theory and some theorize there is something called tacians particles that are even faster.

  • @hydrolito no thats wrong actually, there are things faster then the speed of light

  • @t02nathar: There are only two kinds of things that faster than the SoL: tachyons (a virtual particle that has never been confirmed) and space itself, and the latter is not actually moving.

  • load of bolix

  • This is amazing stuff and I can't wait for part 4. I honestly would compare this serias to Carl Sagan's Cosmos. Yes, it is that good. The only problem is how short each episode is, and the fact that there are so few of them and there hasn't been a new one in ... like, forever. :,-(

  • Now how can this stupid scientists believe that it just started out of the big bang? This is the most absurd theory ever. It's just because they can't figure out how it started they will just say it started from 1 minute very densed molecule that exploded that is why the universe is expanding... crazy thought really

  • @jon2x24ph Well you got it all wrong. They believe in the Big Bang because all the evidence points to it, not because they didn't find any other explanation.

It seems absurd, but in space nothing is absurd really. Black holes bending light, time slowing if you get close to the speed of light, dark matter... Scientists don't look for "cool theories", they just look at the evidence and make conclusions based on it.

  • @jon2x24ph then how absurd is it for you to assume that a god is responsible for the universe???????????? where did he come from???? if u say yes that he was always there, that is equally as stupid as assuming that the universe was always there too!!!!!

why not just save a step, and diminish the god? oh I know why...... you are threatened with INFINITE PUNISHMENT and hope for an Infinite reward.

  • @jon2x24ph: Oh, I don't know. Perhaps he has evidence? That would tend to make someone confident in their theorizing. Perhaps if you tried studying something about the evidence available it would become apparent to you.

You think, maybe, that common sense has anything to do with how the universe works? Now THAT'S a crazy thought.

  • @jon2x24ph i know what you mean

yes, it is bullshit, maybe even more bs then God crap we hear every day, but it is the only that makes sence for now

We live in a real world boy, did you ever doubt about god and his existance

I was christian once, when i was a kid, but then i realized how we, as people, believe in lot of things

God is imaginary and people created him 2000 years ago... Its time for progress, not retrogress, we must move away from primitive religions as we are in the 21st century

  • @jon2x24ph Nope, The Big Bang is a theory (in the scientific meaning of the word) which has proven itselv several times by its capability to make predictions. Lots of accumulating Evidence lead to the big bang as a correct assumption.

  • Where is part four? ;(

  • Very nice intro from the always quotable Doug.

  • Incredible.

  • I sometimes fear I was born too early. We only started to discover what's in space. I don't want to die before we've seen more of it.

So many people who have watched the sky for thousands of years, who just had no idea of what wonders were above them... I think they'd love to see this.

One day someone may be thinking the same about me. But maybe it's the beauty of it all, to know that in the end we know nothing.

  • @ivanlagrossemoule youd have to be immortal than, there will always be more discoveries in space. Theres enough science and wonder out there that being born now means you can never see it all. Enjoy the great wonders we can see now and keep reaching for more, its always there.

  • @ivanlagrossemoule The greatest thought, to me, is being a part of it all.

  • @ivanlagrossemoule I feel the exact same way :(

  • i am struck with awe, this video is just amazing. I am planning to work with nasa when i grow up. After watching this video 3 times, I just cant stop hoping that there is another galaxy, that contains another planet like earth, where species just like us are living there. And hopefully that either we or them could find another way to travel and witness our different planets.

  • @TheMehhh77 There may be other life forms in our own galaxy, but the distances to those worlds are so great....we most likely will never be able to make contact.

  • @TheMehhh77 i can assure your that there is billion of planets like ours...

    with life

There is unimaginable number of galaxies and stars, maybe just one, just one! has a system like our solar system, maybe even billions

    Religions are holding us back

  • make more just like this please. dont change anything, just about different stuff. please i want more as well. this is great.

  • his voice is fucking annoying.

  • @mustkillu135 Only annoying cock sucker is you kid

  • @zilbe333 cry more you dumb yellow teeth tea drinking arrogant brit.

  • @mustkillu135 Lick my balls girl, my teeth is whiter than day light you see in your 1 bedroom house in woods chickenpussy farmer

  • @mustkillu135 Ah...you pathetic little muppet start bitching around and trow up some bias shit when you are rightly called a cock sucker? You are truly laughable.

  • hopefully when we die well find out whats out there...

that is anawesome video and does spave ever end? it cant just keep going on can it?

  • Awesome and inspiring, I love this one

  • Wonderful

  • Astronomy > (insert anything here)

  • @ripemind I'm sorry but nothing is greater than astronomy, therefore you are wrong.

  • @misterstarwars look at the direction of his greater than sign... he's saying nothing is greater than astronomy.

    geez

  • @stilettosandshades Nothing is greater than a God....

    Nothing will kill Chuck Noris.......

  • THE 230 WHO DID GAVE THIS VIDEO ARE c UNTSERVATIVES DUHHHH BAYAAAAAAA BUSH SUPPORTERS...

  • Oh, I want to recommend a program to everyone called "Celestia". It's free.

You can fly through space at set speeds, go to all known planets, stars, and galaxies.

The graphics are really nice as well.

  • You'd be squashed flat on Venus? Isn't the surface only 0.9 g?

  • @Gabumon54321 you would be squashed by the pressure of the atmosphere =-)

  • @ripemind I see, thanks.

  • I've left comments on this video many times, but I always come back to watch it whenever I feel down. Studying space really is something wonderful...

  • I get chills. No religion or god could ever account for something like this, both are to limited in scope and self-centered for such a thing to be possible.

  • When do you finish this eries?

  • Please make more of these. They're spectacular.

  • Did he just say that the sun's corona was up to a 1 million kelvin. Thats not possible. The surface is 6,000 degrees Kelvin. Z_Z Furthermore, due to black body radiation theory, the sun wouldnt give off the visible spectrum of light at such at temps.

  • @bobbob135: ask yourself, what exactly is temperature? In free space it is the kinetic energy of the solar wind particles, or the color of the radiation of a black body. The sun's photosphere has no color; it is too rarefied and only has particles. If they are whipped to extreme speed by magnetic effects, then what do you have?

In any case, it is being investigated further.

  • If only Galileo could see this!

  • @evoman1776 Then let's hope there IS an afterlife and that it's got internet.

  • I wonder how many cosmological things that we observe from our planet simply don't exist anymore because it took the light from them that long to reach us.

  • @xeractus I've thought that myself. We could see something in the night sky all are lives that ceased to exist before the pharaohs ruled Egypt.

  • we are so tiny =D

  • Wonderful video! But when part IV will come?

  • How come we can't reach all the object because they travel faster than us? Wasn't we traveling at the speed of light?

  • when is the fourth part coming? :(

  • On the Venus visit.

I think you forgot to say that you'd also be dissolved by the sulfuric-acid rain.

  • Hey, I think you left out the part at the end where you're supposed to say, "this is all proof that god dunnit."

  • Long live the League of Reason

  • In what way could anybody dislike this video?

  • @egorn1971 I wondered that myself. Over 200 dislikes? What's with these people?

  • @evoman1776: Mention of numbers in excess of 6000, I would imagine.

  • I havent cried in a while, and i must thank you for this video...I dont even know how to explain it. As an Athiest I have few "spirtual" moments and looking into the vastness of space has always given me that feeling.

  • @ThePWNZORorNOOBZOR I couldn't have said it better.

  • @evoman1776 thanks :D

  • I love this video. That is all. The universe confuses and astounds me, and I love it for that.

  • Outstanding video, anyone who thinks we are the only life is an idiot!

  • Honest (if stupid) question: Can the universe expand faster than the speed of light?

  • @RadicalWhig

    09:32 - 09:41

"Our beam of light would never be able to reach the furthest objects, as they move away faster than we can chase them."

Does that answer your question? ;)

  • @karablak1 So that means that the universe IS expanding faster than the speed of light? If so, are objects in the universe actually travelling faster than the speed of light? If they are, how can they be? If not, how can the universe expand without the objects travelling at the same speed as the expansion?

  • @RadicalWhig

    1)Yes

    2)Yes

3/4)Because they move with space, not through it. Its called the cosmological constant. Its as if you painted a couple of dots on a balloon, and blew air into it. The dots won't be moving on the surface of the balloon, but they will be moving away from each other carried by it. Your body isn't torn apart because atoms that it's made of are too strongly electromagnetically bound with each other, galaxies are bound gravitationally. Where the bond is too weak- woosh ;)

  • @karablak1 Thank you. One final question: can you recommend any decent, easy-to-read introductory books which would help me to educate myself on this subject? I'm interested to learn more, but unfortunately I just don't have a good enough academic foundation in mathematics or physics.

  • @RadicalWhig

Unfortunately, no. I am a layman myself, *and* I have a tendency to forget where I read/saw specific information I remember. I'm sure though that AndromedasWake or other youtubers with scientific inclinations will be able to help you no problem.

    part 2 -->

  • [part 2]

Also, what a brainfart I have unleashed unto the world in my previous comment. Cosmological constant is the rate of space's expansion, not the movement of matter with it. That's what I get for trying to redact, re-redact, and re-re-redact the comment to make it fit under the 500 char limit while in a hurry. *sigh* Should've just split it into two...

  • @RadicalWhig: It certainly can and does.

  • Foarte.......fără cuvinte, vorbesc imaginile de la sine...

  • so beutiful. but we are soooooooooooooo small.

  • Great work :)

  • 230 People gave this video a thumbs down.

    230 People are religious.

  • @Jinryuugan 230 people are extremely stupid ...

  • @Jinryuugan When you become religious, you get to know the universe. Don't presuppose anything you don't understand in knowledge. If you have any questions or comments please feel free.

  • @PractiseIslam Two questions for you:

    1. What do you know about the universe specifically as a result of being religious, and (very importantly) how do you know it?

    2. Several studies have found a negative correlation between level of scientific knowledge and religious belief. How would you explain this?

  • @RedGreenInBlue First of all nothing made sense other than Islam. I never bought that Jesus was God from when I was a child. I wasn't religious but always seeking the truth into who we are & what we're doing here (like anyone who has a mind), engaging in knowledge and understanding, and personally developing myself, a lifelong learner you can say. I actually studied the cosmos before religion, but the key is I studied Islam. The more I studied Islam the more everything became more clear...

  • @RedGreenInBlue There are many things I can speak of, the difference between The Holy Qur'an is that there is actual proof. But for some you need more than that, you need to understand the society we live in (a satanic hierarchy pyramid scheme that is bent on controlling you from the time you're born until the time you die, what people don't know is that the devil is behind the elite) The goal is to take your soul. That's why there is a war on Islam and religion as a whole...

  • @RedGreenInBlue ...Which can answer your second question, how has the scientific community differed? This first of all is not true, more and more scientists are reverting to Islam (revert as in going back to the truth, who you really are) There are many videos on youtube that illustrate that. The second reason is Who is doing the study? What's their agenda? What bias do they have?...

  • @RedGreenInBlue Once you know the individuals behind these companies/organizations (or better yet who sponsor or support them) you understand their motives, whether it be profit, power, control and/or manipulation. Don't just blindly take their word but look deeper into the matter and behind the scenes. The scientific community is lost and needs guidance, and this is why scientists are flocking to Islam.

  • @RedGreenInBlue There are too many things to speak about please check out Quranandscience (dot come) with an open mind.

  • @PractiseIslam Sorry, but I checked it out and to me, the quran is nothing but stories of morality. They are nothing more than that. While you may have admiration for them, you should not stretch them to what they are not. I thought that about the HIndu Vedas, thinking they are more than just human opinions and metaphysical arguments. Now I know that philosophy is the worst science in the world. I do not make the Vedas to what they are not meant to be.

  • @PractiseIslam And furthermore, I still love religion. I did not become a full athiest (in some aspects, I am an athiest, but I do not reject the concept of religion). The quran is nothing but philosophy, metaphysical arguments and stories of morality. Once people come to realize that, religion will not be made to what it is not, and will be respected by all. And I am sorry dude, but an article on bbc says that the Islamic world contributes 0.18% to science. Search it.

  • @1234yersiman Thanks for your comment. The BBC is a corrupt News Agency controlled by the select few in the backdrop. Of course they'll say that, If you haven't noticed the propaganda all over Islam. Along with Reuters, CNN & all of the (Zionist Controlled) Media. If you would actually read The Holy Qur'an you would know that it's God's words. If you sincerely read The Qur'an & reflected you would come to understand, grasp knowledge & if God wills be guided. Be sincere and type in What is Islam?

  • @PractiseIslam I have read parts, and I have dismissed it as words from people trying to discover who they are. The same goes with the christian bible and the torah. And furthermore, just see the article on some other news agency. I respect your rights to belive and follow Islam, but I dismiss the Koran as the words of a human discovering who they are in this world.

  • @1234yersiman Well what you need to do is go into the history to see what Islam is and the immense benefits it brought to mankind (It can be found in my playlist, 2nd last under 'Documentaries'). The Torah and Gospel/Bible are both previous scriptures from God but both have been manipulated by man. The Qur'an is the final revelation to Humanity with the Final Prophet and Messenger Muhammad (pbuh)...

  • @PractiseIslam And furthermore, if the Koran is so scientific, why hasn't anyone made a nobel prize winning discovery from the Koran?

  • @1234yersiman ... It's easy to criticize when you don't know how to fix anything. You can look at it, analyze it, say what's wrong (based on your opinion), but both your opinion and mine (anyone's) stands against nothing compared to the truth. Don't let the laziness of your ego lead you away from the truth, continue to research and read about Islam.

  • @PractiseIslam Sorry, but compared to what is in this video, I find the koran rather diminished in meaning.

  • @1234yersiman It seems like you really don't understand the secular world we live in. you need to go beyond this world, and I guess this video (here) is a start. Now no one is disputing the vastness of space or that we should engage in it. And this is specifically stated in The Holy Qur'an that God challenges us to do it. The Holy Qur'an and Islam encourages it along with innovations in technology, science etc. It's telling you from the formation of clouds to the universe to embryology.

  • @PractiseIslam but the koran supports the adam and eve story lol what about evolution, it's an other scientific theory/ finding. how come you choose to believe this but not evolution?

  • @simw7 Evolution is part of Creation. The Holy Qur'an emphasises Knowledge and understanding like you wouldn't believe. What you need to understand is that there is the opposite tampering with you, satan. The one who wants to deceive you on all levels for you to move away from God. Hence Darwinism, Materialism etc. Watch ‘The Story of Adam’ under my playlist (4th last). Type in Harun Yahya.

  • @PractiseIslam "evolution is part of creation?" seriously? so satan is giving us all evidence which are clear that it happened, not just fossil records, but also biochemical level, genetics etc... and what does your god gave us to follow him a book? i mean books with fairytales stories about a rib lady and her husband in a garden lol haha seriously there's satan, no gods, no angels they're all product of the human mind as much as superman, spiderman and batman are.

  • @simw7 I thought like that when I was 10 with all that you mentioned. You haven't gone that far at all. Research illuminati, Free Masons, Pyramid, New World Order to see the world you live in.

  • @PractiseIslam conspiracy theories lol i know all about that, and i think it's dumb. which part of the universe does satan lives at? and since there are over hundrend billions of gallaxies which contains each over 200 billion stars,..just why, why do u think we're special? satan was created by men who didn't want to take responsibility for their action, and for the god was created to fill in the gaps in our understand of the world

  • @simw7 I see that they’ve done a good job on you. rather you think you know and if you truly knew you wouldn’t find it dumb at all. I’ve had a worldwide organization tackling these issues for a few years. Maybe you like being controlled and manipulated? Satan was thrown from heaven to the lowest universe (this universe) there are 7 heavens (universes). Satan is another type of creation, a Jinn, created from smoke. The Jinn was created before man (look it up; Jinn in Arabic)...

  • @PractiseIslam hahahahaha what the fuck r you smoking? What fossil record disproves evolution and how the hell does evolution disprove itself, cuz you should know that darwin came up with the theory of evolution by natural selection which is supported by a mount of evidence fossil record, biochemical evidence, laboratory evidence, medicine etc..? and there are 7 heavens? what? and how do you kno that? what evidence do you have to prove it?

  • @simw7 I think I've told you twice to go to HarunYahya (dot) com and you'll find the answers there. You can download the atlas of creation on the right hand side. Again with Darwin, I can't believe how completely programmed people are. You obviously don't know why this individual’s work is being promoted globally for over a hundred years. Let me give you a hint, it has to do with the controlled and manipulated society you live in. Please sincerely take a look at the website and try to reflect.

  • @PractiseIslam it's called conspiracy theories. and they have satan on their side ? hhahahaha i simply can't take people like u seriously. i kno all about these illumminati conspiracies, i just don't take 'em seriously when u start putting god and devil crap into it

  • @simw7 dude,..koran is just a book! lol just like harry potter. there's no proof whatsoever really. it's a book written by men and nothing more.

  • @simw7 .... And he that reptile satan thought he was better than man. Hence the reason why he didn’t bow down to Adam when God commanded him to and was arrogant, and was thrown from heaven. go to infowars (dot) com (a great place for real news and development) go to HarunYahya (dot) com for the real viewpoint of creation and how Darwinism is being destroyed based on fossils, theories and evolution.

  • @simw7

Dude, I've argued with people as arrogant and deluded as him before. There is nothing you can possibly say to convince someone like that of their ignorance, it will just make you angry and frustrated. All they can hear are the echos of their own thoughts and insecurities, bouncing around inside their skulls while they try to childishly drown out the real world of facts and logic.

  • @PractiseIslam Oh yea, the koran is just so advanced in its writings, that it goes as far as the say the universe was "raised up" and the mountains are holding the earth in place. The koran contains nothing but a bronze age understanding of the universe. If there truly is a god out there, I am sure he would not care what you do with you sexual organs or where you pray.

  • @RedGreenInBlue sorry for the mistype It wouldn't let me post the link. Study the Religion and others (possibly yours first) When you do you will come to realize that there are 3 Monotheistic religions (belief in One God) Judaism, Christianity & Islam. All came in strides throughout the ages. The book; The Torah (or the law) is Judaism. Christianity did not bring anything new but to continue the message; Hence this is why the first five chapters in the Old Testament are The Torah...

  • @spo666tty The space between stars are so vast we won't notice anything.... The galaxies sort intertwine into each other without actually "colliding"...btw this event occurs about 2.5 billion years from now.
