Problem #3 - When the white van-truck saw that the blue truck passing the snow-plow truck was going to create a big potential problem, he slowed down and pulled to the right as quickly as possible. Dumb-ass with dash-cam was just like "duh, I want to go faster and go around this van-truck" so he pulled out to pass and even accelerated a bit. That was stupid. He didn't brake until he saw the blue truck coming right at him. What he should've done was tuck behind white truck and brake. Idiot

This video actually pisses me off. I think it's a good indicator of how bad, reckless, impatient, dangerously aggressive driving dominates in Eastern Europe. I say this not only because of the myriad videos I've seen of similar bad driving that came out of Russia, Ukraine, Poland, etc., but because of my own experiences driving in those countries.
Problem #1: While the blue truck driver does pull off some impressive evasive maneuvers, he helped to create this situation.
