i had something like this a moving matrix wallpaper but it had more lines and some of the letters would say "matrix has you" and if you open a window and move it around some would dissapear and start over again

well, i'm not sure, but I think you could not have this kind of effect with Vista...

This is Linux, the Ubuntu distribution, but you can get these effects simply installing "Compiz".

So, what are you waiting for?? make a partition of your disk, install Linux (I recommend Ubuntu, it is simple!), install Compiz and have fun!!
