  • I just scrubbed the dirt off a full size and a half size cinder block in my back yard. I stacked them lengthwise on a utility mat in the living room (This gives me a VERY solid box about 13.5 inches high - a couple inches below my knee.) Now i can do some alternating box hops whenever i want to. Bet these will help increase my running power.
