I liked MAG a lot before they ruined their weapon purchase system. My PS3 got destroyed so i was forced to start over from level 1 shortly after they changed the system.
It took me AGES to earn the 1200 XP that i needed in order to buy a red dot sight that previously only costed 2 skill points.
I stopped playing after i bought the sight becouse i realized that i would be in level 30 before i could scrape together 5000 XP to pay for a decent rifle.

S.V.E.R has the best soldiers,war-torn soldiers so they are the best.For the reason why their technology kinda suck,cause' they're the poorest among all three factions.But that should be obvious to you.BTW,Raven are a bunch of noobs.And too,I'm not referring to online players.

@Someguy1302 after playing mag on all 3 teams ive learned that sver has the best campers and defender, valor sounds exactly like the raven you just said, and most of the newbs/noobs join raven probably only because of their looks.
@james65508 Internet is fine but my mag disk is a lil scratched, i think thats why man, black ops never freezes up on me, i might just get another mag and see if it works
@james65508 yea i did that many times with a micro fiber cloth still seems to freeze up, seems like it works fine when i play sabo or suppression even escalation works fine

on shoter is on small maps and the other one on very biiig maps.. that is not a god competition :o mag vs. battlefield would be a better competition.. and I must say battlefield makes his work much better
@Housebazz Battlefield favors vehicle usage over teamwork. MAG favors big maps and teamwork over vehicles and graphics.
Play what you like most, i prefer not being surrounded with wanna be snipers acting as solos and not helping the team or tank whores spawncamping, so i play MAG instead.
I wish this was on PC, this kinda reminds me old Battlefield 2, with great teamwork squad system unlike Bad COmpany 2 one, where everyone can be squad leader and no one cares t ostick together.
I'm not much of a Call of Duty fan. The games have great storylines, graphics, and multiplayer modes, but people completely ruin the game by camping, boosting, using 1 hit kill weapons, cheap attachments like heartbeat sensors......where in MAG, camping is pretty hard to pull off, especially in 260. That's why I'll always be loyal to MAG.

is this game actualy worth it for the online play atleast or not? like are the games laggy at all, does it take a long ass time to find a match alot or most of the time nd how are vehicle controls? i just want to know before i dish out the money for it
I got this game about three days ago, there is no story mode so everything is online. There is no lag, none that i have experience at least. It is very fast to find a game, but it does depend what game mode you are playing and at what time of the day. I haven't used the vehicles so i wouldnt know. Get it on ebay, i found my copy for $27 with free express shipping, so i think it was a great buy. Hope this helps
@Gears0798 i got the game 2 weeks ago despite a lot of ppl (mostly those who haven't played the game) telling me that it wouldn't be good. I had a good feeling i'd like it, but never expected to like it as much as i do now, its pretty much the only game i play. There is very little lag, even on 256 player mode, my only compaint is that it gets rly hard sometimes, but that's cuz of the high amount of players. At this moment you can get it at your local BB for about $25 So yes, its worth it.
i like mag better i base games on balance and modern warfare is definitely not balanced because all the experienced players get all the good upgrades and weapons and classes while all the noobs start out with nothing

MAG easy no comp. The problem with Modern Warefare 2 is the Internet sucks harder than my girlfriend in the bed. It takes forever to get a game and most the time you get kicked (NOOBS) and then you got players (NOOBS) who camp, spray and pray (NOOBS) and most the time it works. then after like what 12 kills in a row you get a nuke or something which gives you another 50 kills (NOOBS) and its 80% full fo the same players (NOOOBS)

Shields only recharge for not taking damage within the last 4 seconds. it takes 2 seconds for your shields to fully recharge. You clearly do not understand what you are talking about. MW2 is completely different from MAG and Halo, neither of these games are of the same FPS Genre. Stop talking

INFACT you heal yourself faster in MAG after taking damage. It takes 6 seconds after taking damage to recharge to your full health. In mag, you dont need to wait 4 seconds.

@J1ZZ3D PS never copied those buttons, start and select have been on EVERY controller for playstation. Like the actual XMB button ya that was on the 360 first but the 360 sucks. Ya the Eye Toy came out before the Wii and Kinect, so they copied off of playstation. lol the PS Move and the Wii are actually completely different. The Move is pretty awesome, and way more accurate. The Wii just sucks, like I can barely play a game without moving out of the sensor area.

Everyone is wondering about the amount of players willmake the game laggy. It won't. Mw2 runs off of pols connections but mag runs off of deticated servers. I got the game free from Sony because they sold me a fautly ps3. Mag has so many players which doesn't make the graphics reach ps3 standards all the way. I say mag and mw2 are a tie.

MAG easy no comp. The problem with Modern Warefare 2 is the Internet sucks harder than my girlfriend in the bed. It takes forever to get a game and most the time you get kicked (NOOBS) and then you got players (NOOBS) who camp, spray and pray (NOOBS) and most the time it works. then after like what 12 kills in a row you get a nuke or something which gives you another 50 kills (NOOBS) and its 80% full fo the same players (NOOOBS)

@Littlemanto automatic health regeneration is really to me is very stupid the enemy can just run away and be able to shoot back while his shield is still recharging and in mag the health system is reviving yourself or others manually and the can't shoot back unless he finds cover and finishes healing i like to do things that it seems more balanced and fun to me and that is also why i do not like mw either my favorite online war game is mgo

@frankyagernull No you are wrong, Revival is not part of any health system in any game period. Shields only recharge for not taking damage within the last 4 seconds. it takes 2 seconds for your shields to fully recharge. You clearly do not understand what you are talking about. You expect these games to be all alike and therefore rate the same way according the way you 'Feel' about them. MW2 is completely different from MAG and Halo, neither of these games are of the same FPS Genre. Stop talking

@frankyagernull What i dont understand is that you love healing yourself, but you hate it when people run away and recharge shields, they are the same. In MAG you run away and inject yourself with the healing kit. In Halo you run away and recharge your shields...... REALLY? Yeah you are definitely arguing against yourself. INFACT you heal yourself faster in MAG after taking damage. It takes 6 seconds after taking damage to recharge to your full health. In mag, you dont need to wait 4 seconds.

MAG is a mediocre game, it doesn't even have campaign, You cannot run diagonally with the left thumbstick making an edgy movement system, and finally the graphics and animations are so poor. The Graphics are straight from the PS2 and animations are equivalently bad as the knife animation in COD:WAW

Wii's actual controller has one, every PS game has one, and Xbox/360 has one. And PS2 has Play station eye out way before Xbox360 kinect was even announced so Xbox copied kinect of PS eye. @J1ZZ3D PS never copied those buttons, start and select have been on EVERY controller for playstation. Like the actual XMB button ya that was on the 360 first but the 360 sucks. Ya the Eye Toy came out before the Wii and Kinect, so they copied off of playstation. lol the PS Move and the Wii are actually completely different. The Move is pretty awesome, and way more accurate. The Wii just sucks, like I can barely play a game without moving out of the sensor area.

Everyone is wondering about the amount of players willmake the game laggy. It won't. Mw2 runs off of pols connections but mag runs off of deticated servers. I got the game free from Sony because they sold me a fautly ps3. Mag has so many players which doesn't make the graphics reach ps3 standards all the way. I say mag and mw2 are a tie.
