fuck bernie, let the passionate people run f1, make engine regs so people run what they want but just under 1200bhp limit, and the enviromental issue, well lets stop with exhaust blown diffusers and building new tracks in regions where no 1 gives a fuck about f1(china, malaysia, abu dhabi, bahrain,USA, india) how hard was that bernie

F1 Engine History

1986 - Turbocharged 1.6L I4-V6 engines

1989 - Turbos banned, switch to 3.5L V8-V10-V12 engines

1995 - Engine displacement reduced to 3.0L

1996 - Every team runs no more than 10 cylinders

2006 - 3.0L V10's replaced by 2.4L V8's

2014 - 2.4L V8's will be replaced by 1.6L V6 turbo engines

2018 - 1.6L V6 turbo engines will be replaced by 4-cylinder VTAK

2020 - Proposal to ban all internal combustion engines for the following year

This sound is so great... The hole car was a masterpiece. Unfortunately it was unreliable and Jean had the speed to take the championship this year. Jean and Gerhard were together in the team one of the best duos Ferrari has ever had.

It looks great and the v12 is just stunning...

I remember back in 94, when my dad took me to hockenheim to watch the race live there... from that on, i went to hockenheim, nürburgring and spa everytime f1 was there... from year to year the sound of the cars sucked more and more... the v10's were great,too... but the v8's from nowadays... omg... I would give anything to just hear that V12 again...

@nitrotrigger mhmh... I love screaming sounds... so the V12 was THE one... The Cosworth V8's just didn't scream.. they were more like a 'bang'sound, but yes, they sounded better than the 2.4l from today...

I think from 2013 on f1 will drown... and in 2014 they will go through the pits on electrical engines... WTF? This is F1, not Lego or Playmobile...
