@97MrChicago I have faith. I heard from some experts (don't remember which ones) say that the Bears could've been this year's Packers in the playoffs before the unfortunate injury that pretty much all but cost us the season. And with those QBs, I can say that we have the best in our division and competing against them can only make us better.
@dodgerstakeit13 I really hope you are right. I mean I havent lost faith in Jay but having Aaron Rodgers, Matthew Stafford and now Christian Ponder in the division, its only gonna get tougher down the road.
@HuskerSeaofRed Yeah, dude I clearly see what you are saying. I would much rather have missed the playoffs completely and seen my coach get fired than make it to the championship game and miss the Superbowl by 1 touchdown. Also it bears (get it) repeating, this was Cutler's third consecutive year in a new offense, next year will be the first time he had had the same oc two years in a row since his pro bowl season.
@HuskerSeaofRed No burden here. Thanks for hiring Josh McDaniels, taking our trash in Kyle Orton, and then trading away every piece of an elite offense you have, and then firing the guy you brought in that did all that. It was a good show.
@JimmyMac3486 On man the last two years were brutal! Only a handful of fans ever liked Josh for more than one sec while he was here. He's a little Hitler and not what Denver is used to. The fans here are use to being part of the team and he shut us out. F%^$er. I do think Orton is a good QB but not when you don't have players around him. He's not a big play guy but doesn't make a bunch of mistakes etc... Now we have Fox for our coach and I have no idea if I'm pissed off or not. lol
@HuskerSeaofRed Cutler burden?? Denver is in the worst shape ever and you can thank your ex coach McDaniels for that. Cutler is far from being a burden...he's a young player who has the skills to be great. All good things take time. Chicago is lucky to have him.
@bendon26 I can't speak for him, but if he is like me he probably thought even though it was not a great year it was still better than what we as Bear's fans were use to. I for one hope he makes another video because Cutler was amazing this year.
I liked this video last year even though it wasn't the greatest year, but I have to say it is much better watching after he has lead the team to the playoffs with a first round bye.
Honestly this video is so disingenuous. Jay Cutler had 20+ picks the year after he was traded and the only reason the bears are 7-3 this year is because of your defense. Jay Cutler sucks, the bears got robbed in this trade.
@DitchPlainsMusic HaHa..."The only reason" ?? Cutler is a scramblin fool now and is taking care of the ball!! CUTLER got out of a shitty situation with a midget moronic coach and will be taking his team to the playoffs which makes me laugh at all of the haters! Way to go Broncos!!! bwhahahaha
@DitchPlainsMusic LOL not really. It's obvious your missing the McDaniels pattern here, he got rid of Cutler, Marshall, Scheffler, Hillis and Mike Nolan. If you're still hung up on Cutlers INT's from last season you're an idiot. Cutler has won games and Orton doesn't play football until last quarter of the game. Almost making a comeback against a bad defense like the Rams doesn't cut it. That's why McDaniels messed up with the draft picks.
@DitchPlainsMusic Idiot he is working with the worse offensive line in the league that struggles to protect a 3 step drop and without a true #1 receiver. I guess he sucks though considering he basically torched Det/Dal/Philly despite all these problems.
This guy has a ton of talent and is slammed so routinely he's actually underrated. Get him a decent line and one top shelf receiver and he'll pick opposing teams apart. I for one am happy we have him and hope we build a solid team around him.
@DitchPlainsMusic Funny how it is often the non-Bear fans that say we got ripped off. Most Bears fans I know, like myself, realise that Cutler has already done a lot to help the team win some games we would have lost in previous years.
this video is nicely made but lol misleading showing highlights from the lions lol, rembember 27 touchdowns n 26 interceptions? record 7-9? not hating on cutler or the bears but this video is to good that its fake
Nicely done video, Cutler struggled too throughout the year but build some type of line around him create some weapons and he'll thrive. Trade didn't look pretty last year but it still definitively the top of a very short list of excellent moves by JA.
What a great video...I love Jay Cutler and Da Bears!! Our Defense is back and Jay and his receivers have chemistry now. I'm so ready for some football!!
@PittsburghSteelersTS The 2008 Broncos averaged 23.1 points per game, good for 16th in the league. For reference, the Chargers had the 2nd best offense in the league and averaged 27.4 points per game.
How come this video doesn't include clips of Adam Schefter and Peter King calling Jay Cutler out on several of his lies, any of his league leading 26 interceptions, or highlight the fact that in exchange for Cutler, the Bears traded us a boatload of picks and a quarterback (Orton) who outperformed him?
@chicagobears60 Actually I'm not bitter at all. We unloaded a douchebag, interception of a machine quarterback to you guys in exchange for another starting quarterback and a shitload of picks. I'm just simply wondering where the honesty is in this video.
@epowell727 Cutler threw for more TD's than Orton did, and had a young, mistake-prone receiving corps., one of the worst o-lines in football, no running game and an o-coordinator that was too predicatble.
Orton on the other hand had one of the best lines in football, a pro bowl receiving corps, a solid run game, and a number one defense on top of it - and he STILL sucked it up at the end of the season.
Once the Broncos tried to rely on Orton to win, they fell apart.
@z4ng3tsu1ch1g0 They had a bottom tier defense the other 11 weeks, which is exactly what his point was. Without a top defense, Orton is no good. What are you arguing here? You're making his point for him.
@epowell727 For example: When the Broncos defense was ranked number one weeks 1-6, Orton was fine. He didn't win them games, but he didn't lose them.
However, once their defense faltered and began giving up more yards and TDs per game, the Broncos turned to Orton to help them win games and he fell apart.
Weeks 1-6, Orton threw 9 TDs and 1 INT. Then he began to decline. Weeks 7-12 he threw only 3 TDs to 5 INTs. Stats only take you so far, and overall, he certainly did not outplay Cutler
ima huge bears fan. but i still dont no if they can win it next year. yes julius peppers is a big sign, and chester taylor to, but they still hav a lot of work to do.
@gbabyg01 It will definitely be interesting for us bear fans next year. Jay and the reciever corp got their first year down. We picked up Peppers who (not completely sold on him, still mad bout Brown gone) will be fun to watch with Urlacher, Briggs and Tinaisamoa as well as getting Tim Jennings. They're def goin in the right direction
@mdude119 I wouldn't say that, Cutler was tied for 8th (with E. Manning) in TD's for the season and only 1 TD behind Brady and Rivers. He also was 13th in passing yards, Cutler was also throwing to a recieving corp that contained 2 rookies, 2 under 3 years, 1 w/5 years and Hester who prolly was his 2nd season as a WR. Thats not much exp between them as a corp
jay's a gunslinger, and gunslingers have good seasons and they have bad seasons. When their young receivers mature, and they draft some linemen that can run block (instead of gettting rid of good running backs) they'll be dangerous
@Cueil: I know right!!!! And if we did we would've faced the saints again and the lions face the giants that wild card weekend
