I am a stand up myself and I had the honour of bringing Jasper on stage tonight at the Blossomfield Club Solihull where he turned up as an unannounced guest to try out some new material! Half an hour of up to date, top quality stuff which blew the roof off ! A comics masterclass. Thanks Jasper and long may you continue! Ryan :-)
This was just too good to get shown on BBC TV but the late, great John Peel did feature it on his radio show although he did get some flack for doing so.
there I was a young typist in the 70s, working late at Dick James Music trying to earn some extra and get into something more interesting.I was typing reviews for record sleeves.Bloke I was typing for put this on the turntable (we had them in every office) and left the room. He returned a few minutes later to find me crying with laughter leaning on my typewriter.Great record, I think banning it just made it more popular!! I wish I still had the 45 too but had it nicked at a party.
Flip-side of Funky Moped, but actually intended to be the A side, but to avoid the sensors made the B, although everybody of course bought Funky Moped for this spoof.
i also have bionic santa! with ride on on the b side
