I used to just listen to alternative and such, but it somehow grew on me. It's all i listen to now after i dropped rap and hip hop lol. This is not screamo by any means. Alexisonfire is screamo, this is closer to post-hardcore (which is how they label themselves). Please know what you're talking about in terms of genre, though they do have screaming. Good band, I'm seeing them in December with Underoath and August Burns Red.
