This was a pretty good video on business ethics. Bad corporate behavior led to the passage of Sarbanes Oxley. The content of SOX is about LAW, not ethics. Too much time was spent on SOX, the law, and not enough on the ethical problems leading up to it.

Isaiah 14:12 of the NIV Old Testament names LUCIFER as the Morning Star. Then all throughout the New Testament JESUS calls himself the Morning Star. That's because Jesus is Satan, the Morning Star.
