Jackie, Jermaine, and Randy are flat broke. All bunk in the old Havenhurst home.

Jermaine has 3 ex-wives and 7 kids, remember. He paid a ton in those divorces, which used up all his music earnings.

Actually, the same woman had kids with both Jermaine and Randy, and drained money out of both.

A 'celebrity' who has to do a 3-month show like this for $100K does not have a lot of money. So the same goes for Dirk Benedict, etc.
