The only difference is 1 pull, unless you're an environment saving tree hugging cry baby. No big deal, if you don't like having to pull a whole 1 more time, get an electric start, or quit being lazy! The other engines sound cooler too!

We have an '09 tundra and an '09 600 e-tech. The e tec is an awsome machine. The tourq off the line is amazing. It is such a great ride. Wheelies are so simple and smoth. I slice through the power without a hitch.

The Tundra(aka 'tank) handles well and is an easy trail machine. But starting it is a booger,

So, within the same manfacturer I feel that it is safe to say that the E-tech design is by far the future for SkiDoo. The day's of carbs will soon be gone. (Thank God)

@fast05f7 I have to dissagree with you, i know many people that have well over ten thousand miles on their ski-doos with no trouble and i have an 01 mxz 800 that has over 8000 miles and has been trouble free and your 05 f7, not so fast, sell it and buy an 03 (04 and on were detuned) my brother in law has one that hangs with our 07 crossfire 1000

yes thats true ho gives a F how clean your sled is, but a clean burning engine uses less oil and fuel then a "dirty" engine. So clean is good.

Yea I guess a cleaner engine may run better, but the thing I hate with a passion is all the manufactures are trying to make their sleds "environmentally friendly". When you really think of it all the people who ride or drive any kind of recreational vehicle combined will not put out enough "green house gas" to jack crap to the environment.
