Prius? No Way! 1) Wouldn't float 2) Gasoline Engine (diesel engine doesn't need sparks), 3) no snorkel (the engine would "breath" water) 4) electronics isn't water proof. See ya

There's a guide-wire doubling as a towline. I could do that with a Prius.
