Thanks, but it was my first attempt. It took me a whole day to do plus i had a few tutorials on screen to guide me through it. But i only managed to get the mouth moving and the few basic movements at the end.

U most have som kind of a program that helps FacePoser to create the sync. U can go search for "FacePoser Tut" in the youtube search. I havent done it

To start, instead of just saying its a person talking, cause i realised that when i made it. Why cant you give more on why it's no good, Like the info says it was my first attempt, if you didn't know Lipsyncing can be a steap learning curve especially when your trying to teach yourself.

I can see looking back the video is poor, but 235 people have favourited it at this time. But thanks for the comment none the less, still nice to see some negative feedback

It may be possible that the people are only favoring this because of the song-it's what I do for most of the AMV's I've saved.

And as for 'why'...its a guy that only his mouth moves for the most part...and the eyes and eyebrows aren't very symmetrical, and what's with the flashes between the images?

No it isn't like using stop motion. You have to animate the facial expressions etc. The best thing i can tell you is to google for some tutorials and learn by trial and error. Sorry, it's just to much to explain like this.

As you can see this being my first go i just concentrated on getting the mouth right. Which looking back isn't very good.
