what if you put a little ridge like a half inch at the back right at the end of the screen so the material gets washed for that tiny bit extra seems like there going thru a little fast but other than that...the thing is a killer little trommel i want one...

Great idea! Just 1 question: Are the rocks getting washed enough? I would think that the washer should be on the inside so it is not getting deflected by the grates. Not trying to be a smart ass, just curious. Want to see you get as much gold as you can! Good luck!

Every time that I watch this video I like it more and more. It's a nice set up. Being that you are in a river, if you take an old piece of metal roofing and just bend it into a "V" and put it under your outfeed with the river water running into it, it would keep the outfeed clean and you can stack your tailings wherever you want too downstream with out having to shovel. I show the roofing being used as a stacker in my hydraulic mining video if you are interested.
