Most sub groups omit little details like that and just use "you", but it's perfectly acceptable within the Japanese language to use the person's name to address them while talking to them (girls looking to act extra-moe tend to refer to themselves in the third as well). Also, I don't feel like going back and checking to make sure, but wasn't your example a thought anyway?
