I had his tapes and even got to see him in concert as a teen he was great and his songs really touched my heart as I related to many of them even before I knew his testimony.

Beautifully done! God speaks thru our brokeness. After we've been broken then we're blessed then we are used for the Kingdom! Others who are broken can then find peace by the message that God is love and we too can be mended and made whole! Thank you David Meece for allowing the Holy Spirit of our Lord God to fix what was broken and to then share it with us.

God loves us all! It doesn't matter who you are, it doesn't matter what you've done, the love of God is there for everyone!

I just listened to David Meece's testimony on Focus on the Family. It was amazing what David went thru as a boy with a mean alcoholic father. When I was growing up in the 80's I listened to David's music and never realized he had gone thru all that.

Anyone reading this should listen to the pod-cast of David Meece on the Focus on the Family website. It would help anyone struggling with forgiveness of an abusive parent (or not having one).

I am blessed by David's song/songs, he always sings from his heart and always gives glory to our God. He uses his talents to share his experiences and how God can turn everything around for good and His glory.

David is an amazing singer and pianist. It is a privilege to hear and watch him share his gifts for the glory of his savior Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!!!

So this song relays his feeling about his fathers chair, and how when he became an adult, who also go a chair. He decides to make a difference and a lasting memory in his own life about his chair. This song makes me cry EVERY time I hear it. I remember hearing this on the radio for the first time when I was 8 on the radio. It made me so sad cause a boy didn't have a dad. Thank goodness we have a father in heaven who never leaves His chair. :)
