  • haha i used to argue with my dad too all the time. now im in college lol...have her keep her head back behind her front leg. drive against her front side while doing this. it will give her more velocity on the ball. she (along with anyone else) can throw a lot harder if they keep their head back and drive into the front leg

  • That is so funny. Hey dad, got enough gear on ??

  • thats hilarious

  • i remember when i use to be just like her!

    always argueing with my dad!

    then i turned 12

  • What happend after you turned 12 lol??? She pitches 57-61mph but could be so much better if she would just PRACTICE!!!! lol

  • @protizoea123 aha i kno right

  • Ok, this one made me smile. My daughter and I have similiar exchanges. Just make sure they remain light hearted with smiles.

  • Have her stay positive. She should want to do pitching if you have a positive attidude and you want to become the best you can be. i have to pitch today and i havent done it in a week. so im going to be rusty. im going to stay positive. good luck girl. :]

  • I added a new video of her throwing her change up. She is still a pain in the butt lol

  • blow it out girl. focus. also, i think your way to far back, because i pitch at 40 feet and im almost 12. try to do 45 feet. that would be just right. good luck

  • This is her mom :O) My husband just explained to her what you were trying to tell her. She is so stubborn and fights with us to practice. She was doing terrible that day. I will have to get some video of her tomorrow. Im having trouble seeing the videos because my adobe isnt working right? Thanks for the advice and good luck with softball :O)

  • wow goddd.. stay positive to yourself.. blow it out.

  • Wow does this video bring back memories with my dad. Love it, thanks for showing us all how practice really is.....Now Im going through it with my 8 year old daughter... Fun

  • I have a 12 yr old daughter as well. Plus 2 boys. But they arent into softball or baseball. It only gets worse lol

  • This is like our practices with our 10 yr old...lol

  • LOL She is always like this with her dad. Thats why he doesnt coach her anymore :O) She was just warming up. This isnt her "actually" pitching.
