Squall's Ex Mode gives almost all critical for all physical damage. Equip him with Gravity Core thing (add Ex absorb range by 3m), then go Ex. Block and use fang, man, abusing the power. But that's cheap, you break the enemy very fast lol.

@Necrorevan You do remember that Balamb Garden made it made most of its money by training SeeDs, which were like SEAL equivalent mercenaries and canonically, not entirely sure, but Squall aced the hell outta his test. Also, at the start of their respective games, Cloud was not an experienced warrior, but a trained troop. The war with Wutai was over before he joined the Shinra Guard while Squalls first test was Dollet and he'd been training for years to be a SeeD.

i have never played this game but i did notice that sephiroth is MAJORLY downgraded here...i mean he cant teleport and...i dont know...he just wayyyy harder in games like kingdom hearts...also did anyone else notice the zelda refrence thing when squall wins?...or is that from this game...i dont know...

Well this seemed like a low tier battle to me. The AI just isn't as good as another person. I mean sure a 105 can do some heavy damage but this one looked like it was set to cautious... I have to say it looked easy. Also if it was a human player there would have probably been some more back and forth and more fighting over the cores. I remember a battle I had with my Sepiroth vs my friends Jecht that lasted like 10 mins and we were trading off near death health all battle. It was okay for a cpu

I think levels can get to level 130 in the Inward Chaos story. Level 105 as far as I'm aware in quick battle.

It's really hard to land some of Squalls HP attack when the CPU dodges almost everything. Blasting Zone is what I found most effective against Sephiroths Long Range.
