22 yrs old male and i did the yoga from p90x tonight its soo hard as i'm not flexible etc but really enjoyed it! body is in pain as I'v been doing the p90x for four days now its intense I love to BRING IT
i do yoga x just about everyday. once i started doing it daily, it seemed everything in life just got that much easier. i do the kenpo and core more than asked, as well. they're my favorites!
BTW, check out Tony Horton's One-On-One. There's a 45 minute version called 'Fountain of Youth' and 'Patience Hummingbird' that make for excellent substitutes for the P90X version of Yoga.
Hey Julie! I'm thinking of getting p90x next week. Do you know if I can keep using my heavy weights besides the p90x? Thanks. I just sub to your chan. I think you can help me. =)
@ismaelrun Hi Ismael! People have had great results by using P90X's routine alone for weight training...but you can continue your weights on non resistance days. P90X has you working out 6 days a week, three of those days are cardio or yoga/stretching, so those would be days you could do weights in addition to P90X workouts, although you want to make sure you're giving your muscles adequate rest! I'm a Beachbody Coach, you can order through my site linked in the desc, it would be appreciated :)
Yeah I was thinking off skipping Yoga, but I might just do it every other week..I got two more day of insanity and be done..I'm excited to start P90x on Monday two more people are going to join in with me so It's going to be a fun.
@youngun21a Yoga wasn't so bad.. infact, I don't want to alternate to be honest.. I'd rather keep doing Yoga on a regular basis to help be more limber with those specific moves. I need to check out X Stretch, maybe I'll do that on Sundays (Rest Day)
legs and back is one of my favorites i seem to find new muscles that i didn't even know i had.....no more jelly legs :).........oh and i like the ear rings very cute.enjoy your workout
Yoga X is a long workout, but it is so good! Sometimes to mix it up I will do his One on One Yoga workout - Patience "Hummingbird". It is like a mini-Yoga X, as it incorporates a lot of the same poses but is only 30 minutes long. Good luck! I am starting Insanity on Monday, May 10th.
@MarksFitClub Haha, I might start the One on One after P90X... but there's so many new programs over the horizon (TurboFire, Insanity Asylum, P90Next)... just one me :(

You're a cutie. Will you have my puppies?

I have a question. Is it really necessary to do the second half of yoga x since it's all about balancing and not as taxing as the first half?
