I was listening to this the other day and hoping that she would just wake up and get better. Its sad that it was just too late. When i found out she was dead I started listenning to "wake up alone" and i just couldnt help but cry. Words cant express how sad this is. At 27, she had so much more to give to the world. R.I.P. Amy
up until now all my knowledge of ms. Winehouse was based on all sorts of media crap that was completely unrelevant to her music. Then, i decided to check out her music, and to my happy surprise; WOW! I had now idea she was this talented (understatement). This is actually a wonderful artist, in the good old kind of way. No autotune, or any other of that crap that destroys music nowadays. Real musicians, heartfelt vocals,no lip-synching crap, JUST PURE PERFORMANCE. Wonderful! We need more of this
My collection of Amy is vast,23 live shows as well as studio,rare,demos and "many" versions of her famous songs too many to mention here so i'll send a list.
