I dont know- haven't seen him since 2009 when I was living in NY. He said he was living in a homeless shelter in or near Greenpoint NY (thats in Brooklyn- right at the Brooklyn Queens border near the Midtown tunnel).

I dont live in NY anymore. I bet he is still in the shelter system. I imagine he would not be super hard to find- how many 3 1/2 foot tall, little people with Haitian accents are in homeless shelters in NY?

I hope someone finds him and cuts him a break!!!
