i've been drilling my latte art lately. the trick is SO easy, i laugh every time, i was like "i don't have curved mugs where i work" or "our crema's not up to snuff" both of which are true, i bought some mugs for where i work, but it's not that. USE LESS MILK, compensate for the expansion, that's all these experts aren't telling you, that and the techniques shown all over the web, KEEP USING A LITTLE LESS MILK, fill your cup about half full, then pour into the pitcher and steam away........
