@MrScottki The top speed on any car's speedo is not the limit the car is capable of, just a reference. The 88 MPH speedos in the movie DMC's were made specifically for them. Now you can gen ones that read as high as 140.

@Rune31 The speedo I have in my DeLorean goes to 170 MPH. DeLorean (Houston) installed the face and recalibrated the original speedo as a package back in 2000 if I remember correctly. Now, though, like you said I think DMC only offers the 140 MPH upgrade. And the speedos in the movies were 90 MPH not 88.

Yep, just for fun. I bought mine for $16,500 and have since then put close to $10,000 into it. They say you'll always spend up to 25K in some way or another on a DMC.
