  • I remember listening to this song ( and "she"when I was 15 in 1973, and thinking about the lyrics even then. years later I realise they are so profound and wish that i was young again, just like then. a great song, although the studio version is the best version.

  • amen hay petq e hpartana, vor Aznavouri nman hayrenakic uni......Bravo

  • Although it's not literal, this is a very functional translation of "Hier, encore." The differing words carry all the sense that is meant in the original. The accompaniment doesn't seem to do M. Aznavour any favors here: Tempo and even pitch seem to go roaming, while the piano seems to lag and then race. His many other performances have been better, though I've seen none where his persona is so well presented. I would be silly to praise him: I can add nothing that hasn't been said better.

  • super super super. Bei diesem Lied könnte ich immer anfangen zu weinen. Es ist so toll.

  • That's the way life goes.

  • Magnificent and profound.

One of the most moving songs ever to be done.

    Aznavour,what a great performer!

  • What a magnificent man, he's even more wonderful as he's aged. I love the song and the performer. Thank you for this inspiring video.
