yep. Full HD indeed requires some hardware resources. Like a good idle CPU (multicore prefered), latest Adobe Flash player (older might do trouble!), and a fast and stable internet connection. Wireless LAN CAN be a problem with that! so you might check those things first to have best FULL HD experience on older computers. You also should check if there is a newer video/graphics driver package for your graphics unit in your notebook. this can also improve performance. good luck!
