Climate Change is the most misleading name ever given to a political agenda. What believers mean is MAN MADE climate change based on computer models. I work designing electrical enclosures and other devices and we run CFD analysis on everything we engineer. There is no way you can convince me that anyone could come up with an accurate model of the globe with all of it's dynamically changing variables. It is difficult to create accurate models of static state devices with known variables.
Obviously I can believe that the Earth may be trending warmer. That has happenedmany times throughout history with no humans. Whether it's an FEA or CFD model it will always spit back an answer. The real issue being did you ask it the right question? There are too many unknowns in setting up an ACCURATE CFD model of the earth to truly trust the results. If they were able to predict the worlds climate/temperatures 50 years from now then why can't they say with certainty what will happen tomorrow?

The Construction companies made the decision years ago to use the Unions to find the best workers for a construction job. The unions provide Apprentice Programs for training, make sure that the workers know each other, know how to read blueprints, and do the job correctly. Since I paid the maximum SSI for 20years, I draw SSI. Since I worked for GM for 35.5 years I draw a pension which was put in an investment fund for me. Money that was taken from my paycheck and used by the company for capital investments. You however, draw your pension from my tax dollars at work. You support people who would destroy my SSI by privatization, and stop my pension so some rich guy could be richer.

Climate Change is the most misleading name ever given to a political agenda. What believers mean is MAN MADE climate change based on computer models. I work designing electrical enclosures and other devices and we run CFD analysis on everything we engineer. There is no way you can convince me that anyone could come up with an accurate model of the globe with all of it's dynamically changing variables. It is difficult to create accurate models of static state devices with known variables.

Obviously I can believe that the Earth may be trending warmer. That has happenedmany times throughout history with no humans. Whether it's an FEA or CFD model it will always spit back an answer. The real issue being did you ask it the right question? There are too many unknowns in setting up an ACCURATE CFD model of the earth to truly trust the results. If they were able to predict the worlds climate/temperatures 50 years from now then why can't they say with certainty what will happen tomorrow?

Seems they are going to introduce a brand new engine and are tooling up for it now. The combined employment for this engine will be approx. 11,150 new UAW members. Ain't that great news, FOR ME? The Construction companies made the decision years ago to use the Unions to find the best workers for a construction job. The unions provide Apprentice Programs for training, make sure that the workers know each other, know how to read blueprints, and do the job correctly. If there is an accident the Union is held liable for investigation of what went wrong. In a non-union situation a few dollars pass hands and the issue is ignored. I draw a pension from the Military Retirement Fund. But you should know that if you were in the service. Your retirement plan has already lost 20 billion dollars and GM is asking for more money. Since I paid the maximum SSI for 20years, I draw SSI. Since I worked for GM for 35.5 years I draw a pension which was put in an investment fund for me. Money that was taken from my paycheck and used by the company for capital investments. You however, draw your pension from my tax dollars at work. You support people who would destroy my SSI by privatization, and stop my pension so some rich guy could be richer.

Well now, the UAW owns 16% of GM. That was part of the deal to save the company. A company that was run into bankruptcy by the execs in charge. Take a trip to a GM, Ford, Chrysler Local Union Hall and ask them to see their local Agreement. In it you will find the pay scale of an autoworker. I support a Balanced Budget constitutional amendment that is based on this principle. I believe we need it desperately, and I would thoroughly support it!! I'm very glad the President brought this vital financial rule back into being.
