  • just got off the phone with HP support - it seems like they know about a 'false paper jam' issue with this family of printers...and that it is a hardware issue. They want me to buy of reconditioned newer model at a 'much reduced price' as the solution. I've used HP printers for decades...this will be the last one for now if this company no longer stands behind their products. Also they said my printer was out of warrany by over 500 days - I haven't even owned it that long! come on HP!!!

  • EXTREMELY HELPFUL VIDEO!!!! Thank you for your supprt, I was desperate because the paper was fed incorrectly and ended all wrinkled and torn. I spoke to HP support and couldn't help me because my warranty is expired, downloaded the manual, checked troubleshooting, and nothing!! I found this video and on the first 54 seconds of it I solved the problem. Thank you

  • This is definitely the worst printer I have ever owned in my life. My printer pretends like it is printing then just stops and says there is a jam. No jam though and prints Self-Test page just fine. I hate this thing and will never purchase another HP printer.

  • I have done all of this a hundred times!!!!! I only got to use this thing 4 times!!!

    Definitely the last HP product I would purchase.
