@FreeBlago1 We prefer using one's own tissue for chin lengthening. Implants do not work well for your situation.

For a vertical augmentation, what type of spacer do you use, other than a graft? Is it the same material as implants?

@blinkypo Yes, Dr. Lee performs V line osteotomy. This is done through a small earlobe incision that hides very nicely, with a short recovery period.

@a1qkhan All natural augmentation of the jaw is difficult due to the need to split the jaw angle and then insert a bone graft. The great majority of the time an onlay implant of porex or silicone is used.

@chanyr1 Silicone in the chin can last a lifetime. If placed properly, an implant cannot be felt in the chin area.
