@jeaniehopkirk2 I know its an odd trend that no matter where muslims go in the west eventually they will find a reason to bitch about something in their host countries that they've immigrated too? Quite odd? You'd think if you were an Immigrant youd be a little more grateful for people whove taken you in and that you wouldn't wouldn't oh I don't know...KICK EM IN THE FACE for granting them kindness and shelter? Why is it that no matter where they go-problems with violence follows them?
@jeaniehopkirk2 You must understand that they believe you are the barbarians and their attempts to "enlighten" you and "improve" your society are ultimately unstoppable.
With that understanding, you would not think their behaviour "truly appalling", but rather a frontal assault on everything you hold dear.
@TheStaticage01 This is not unusual given the history of islam and the dictates of the koran.
They have ONE goal - worldwide domination with the attendant imposition of shariah law.
If you study the current situation in Europe, you will see them very well behaved initially. Once they reach 10% of the population, they demand the host country adapt to them. Countries like Switzerland who ban minarets, express their desire not to slowly surrender. Others already have.
@MrStrictlyStock--- Don't worry Strict---I know all about it---your preachin to the choir here brother---my intent is to show naive folks like digsy can be easily swayed by defending Islam believing that it means no harm-and that all religion is peacefull...DIGSY Islam is a Theopolitical agenda that doesnt just want your body to submit to Mecca worship-it wants your mind too-Once Muslims gain hold in your ground-there is no line between church and state. WAKE UP OR YOURE GONNA GET ROLLED!
@MrStrictlyStock Well he's doin a great job for them I must say! Hes quite the talented young lad-he can type while shaking his Islam pom-poms at the same time? I wonder if he has made out with their team captain yet the way he roots for the them so much like he's their head cheerleader?
@jeaniehopkirk2 YES, me thinks they doth need to drink a big piping hot cup of "shut the fuck up" and not start a bunch of shit wherever they go? Ive always thought it was the responsibility of immigrants to actually contribute to a society that they move too and to strive to making it a better, productive, safe, and diverse place to be?-not to divide it and be an asshole/cry baby/violent fucker that makes the place more adverse and scary to be in-I don't know-call me kooky?
@TheStaticage01 muslims are not a peaceful people...they are always kicking off! you never hear the buddists or the mormons or the amish starting shit....
@jeaniehopkirk2 a friend of mine is Mormon and like many Mormons is from the state of Utah. I really do not know the particulars of what happened but his father was murdered years ago. They have always suspected that either the Mormon church or individuals with in it were responsable for his father's murder because he went against the church somehow. I don't mean to condemn the Mormon faith by saying that, I've met many Mormons and always got on with them, even my friend is still Mormon.
@BradNC11175 The Mormons never had the upper hand in the US except for the timeBrigham Young attempted to carve out an independent empire from US territories. They were eventually subdued, but for a season of time their theocracy was remarkably similar to an islamic nation.
The time is coming when moslems in the US push for their "way of life" to have equal sway with US laws. Whether they are put down like the Mormons were, or are surrendered to as Europe seems destined to, remains to be seen.
@MrStrictlyStock someone told me not long ago that Sharia Law has already been instituted in parts of Michigan and maybe Minnesota. I don't know how true this is, certainly that would be a clear violation of 1st Amendment principals of the United States Constitution. But then again who pays attention to that anymore? If our own governing bodies followed the Constitution as if it were religious doctrine, and for government it should be, your question would be easily answered.
@BradNC11175 They already have pressured to have foot washing fountains in major airports. Imagine the outcry from the ACLU if Catholics demanded Ho;y Water dispensers.
Michigan, especially Detroit and it's suburbs, are quickly becoming moslem enclaves.
Minnesota has always been a hotbed of progressives. But now they seem even more self destructive than before.
@MrStrictlyStock Well as long as I can open my pulled pork BBQ stand beside the foot washing fountains I am game. My customers would have a place to wash all that swine off their hands. Detroit & Michigan are lost causes: increasing Muzzie heathen population + a mecca of fucked up reds otherwise known as labor unions= a merry band of cluster fucks. Would the "Holy Water & the Muzzie foot washing water come from the same spicket or could we just recycle toilet water?
@BradNC11175 ha ha ha their foot washing stations remind me of the old fashioned 1940s and 50s era troff style urinals that used to be in men's restrooms. I always wondered what they did with those old things when a place with public toilets replaced them with singular urinals??? Now we all know-they sold em to the rags heads to wash up before the go and prostrate themselves doggystyle to allah. Way to go Muzzies-no wonder you guys smell like piss!
@jeaniehopkirk2 The regularity of their protests is not so much the issue. Operating on the premise that what they believe is far more important and has far more intrinsic value than the bulk of the population is their most pernicious quality.
@TheWelshie1 I know-Muslims eventually cause problems in most western cultures wherever they go while other Asiatic immigrant groups like Hindus or Orientals really integrate well into the places they chosen to move too? I wonder why that is? It probably has nothing to do with the fact Islam is an intolerant-bigotted society that has goals of taking over the world with their bullshit so called "religion of peace"?
@TheWelshie1 Hmm..I've tramped all over the Persian Gulf in the 90s in the service-Cant name a one that wasn't repressive?-especially to their women? I have a theory that their inability to talk with or to look at women in public is more than half their fuckin problem? No wonder they are so pissed off all the time?-They're sexually frustrated!
@TheWelshie1 The elitists you refer to define the term to suit themselves and then expect you to happily accept their definition.
They also expect their dictates to take precedence over the customs and laws in your country.
Human "rights" are determined by God or by governments. You will NEVER see these condescending loudmouths quoting any religious text to buttress their position. You will ALWAYS see them disrespecting laws that don't adopt their viewpoints.
@ditrapped Islam is no more violent or intolerant than any other religion - just look at the USA and the fundamental christians there, or hard-line jews in israel... the problem is not islam, but religion. Also - human rights are inalienable - in other word everyone has them no matter their religion, creed or past actions, otherwise we all become the monsters we are so fond of condemning
@Digdigs2 I just said Islam is intolerant, I didn't mean it's the ONLY intolerant religion, yes all of them are intolerant. but I will say that if it was a competition in violence and intolerance I think personally that Islam would take the cake.
@ditrapped Yea-you are right ISLAM definately wins the "I'm the biggest asshole" contest!-God I'm so intolerant of their intolerance-no one should tolerate that shit. I'm not saying kill em-I'm saying deport em before they kill us.(but if a few got roughed up a little-I'd be okay with that)?
@Digdigs2 yea but umm...fundamentalist christians and hard-line jews generally don't hijack planes and crash them into large buildings-or strap their kids in bomb vests and tell them that will will go to heaven if they do so? I totally disagree...ISLAM IS THE PROBLEM..as far as rights goes...Muslims are into taking away as many rights as possible. Those things walkin around in burkas-those are muslim women-no wonder Muslims are so violent-they cant drink and they cant look at women. Its a prob!
@Digdigs2 And Islam is way more violent than judaism and christianity. Read a qu'ran..its their playbook on how to Islamify the world.Thats the main message of the fuckin thing-Islamify the world-pure and simple! In Islam the "church and state" are by no means separate at all-its one big cohessive totalitarian shit ball! Muslims are douchebags-get it right-grow up! Theyll kill you for your passiveness-aybe not today-maybe 5-10 yrs down the road, but itll happen eventually if you don't fight.
@TheStaticage01 I have read the Qur'an (get your denigration in the right spot if you are going to pretend you know how to spell it.... if not just stick to the Western 'Koran'... nice and simple for simple people like you) anyway - I have read alot of it, and it is no more or less violent or aggressive than the Bible or the Talmud. The USA, a christian nation, has started more wars & killed more people this century than any other nation on earth.
@Digdigs2 I spelled it wrong on purpose! Because I've read that piece of trash and I like to trash the spelling of it! Blah Blah Blah thats all I got out of your message after the first sentence....Oh and if I'm so "simple" why would you even waste your touting intellectual comment in responce to a "simpleton" like me?...and just for the record weve only started one war this century-but you are right we do kill alot of people when we do-hopefully you'll be next MUZZIE!

@Digdigs2 You are quite the little sniveling pacifist bastard. Now, my reply to you was about your responce,"The USA, a christian nation, has started more wars & killed more people this century than any other nation on earth." - and then you go into some long schpeel about starting in the 1800s when neither you or I were even alive? As I've stated the war weve started this century is OIF...If you'd like me to address all the other conflicts I will gladly do so! MUZZIE LOVER!
@TheStaticage01 And by the way what country are you from?...I'm pretty sure weve saved your ass at least once or twice in the past-Thats kinda what we do, in case you havent been paying attention over the last century or so?
@TheStaticage01 check the dates - I only included the 1900s... if you have such poor cognitive capacities as to not see this, I suggest that perhaps you are not equipped with the requisite intelligence to sustain a discussion. A century BTW is 100 years... so I rounded up to start in 1900. Lets just look at the past 30 years then, 15 wars - that is 1 every two years.
@Digdigs2 Your country never saved anyones arse - Hitler came to power bankrolled in part by the Bush family. Osama Bin Laden - trained and funded by the USA. Saddam Hussein - trained and funded by the USA. General Noriega, Pinochet, Franco... the list is endless. The only people you have "saved" are those you put in danger in the first place. Read some history, and I don't mean the US education board approved cr@p, because your education system is third rate as well. BTW - responSe... with an S
@Digdigs2 biggest violater of human rights are muslims..thisii s a FACT!!! ifit wasnt a fact there would not be mass migration from muslim countries to countries like AUS<USA<UK...get yourself educated!!!
@jeaniehopkirk2 how could this be?I'd figure that having the ability to lash and stone people for disagreeing with a wonderfully violent book of fiction such as the queeran would be very empowering? I mean isn't it great to know that if you were gay you could be lynched or beheaded because of a "religeon of peace like Islam? Wouldn't it be nice to be born female in that society and have your clitoris cut off? Or to have a husband w multiple wives? What a wonderful culture? Digs should convert?
@TheStaticage01 as a woman i would hate to born into that culture..iran recently hanged a young woman in her twenties.she was screaming as the took her to thegallows, which would likely be a crane!what civillesed nation would allow anyone to hang a young woman from a crane....digs needs wake up call!!
@jeaniehopkirk2 I know...digs is one of those "smart" dumb people. You know the ones who usually try to convince violent people to be nicer and then just can't figure out why they are get all their shit stolen and their ass kicked in. Whats the word for it? Victims?...oh wait I meant appeasers ... that sounds more pc.
@TheStaticage01 some people are just niave my friend. They tend to see good where there is no good. Deep down it's not a bad quality. Many of these people have always lived in their little comfort zones more or less and don't know much outside of their own "comfort zone". This helps to understand their niavity. Good natured or not, these niave appeasers will get the rest of us put in the hurt locker. This world doesn't suffer niave fools, most of us learn that by an early age some never do.
@BradNC11175 Yea thats right amigo....Some people do live in quite the little rose colored world...and then before they know it WHAMM! Shariah laws kick in and they are getting bashed by every stinky little towel head camel jockey on the fuckin block! Well I'm glad to see we aren't as brilliantly naive as our lil buddy digsy is? Don't worry lil buddy when thetread hits the tar we will help your lil punk ass too-even tho you really wont deserve it!
@TheStaticage01 "Where the tread hits the tar" I must be talking to a truck driver, God bless ya. The world stops spinning when the big rigs stop rolling. Perhaps we should consider George Patton's armored warfare policy: "Use their guts to grease the treads!". All "the Mohamedan" understands is violence. We have to many cowards in high places to quick to appease. This is precisely why "Mohamedan" heathens do not take their antagonists seriously. No pussy footing with the Muzzie heathens!
@TheStaticage01 As I understand it all of Europe is in need of seditious activity. Not by the Muzzie filth but by the indigenous populace. If it weren't for corrupt leadership who have sold the soviergnty of European nations down the river very cheaply & allowed that Muzzie filth in we wouldn't even be having this conversation. Canada, Australia & the US have been scuttled as well by the "leadership". Seditious activity is being plotted & will come to pass sooner or later one way or another.
@BradNC11175 I personally don't consider it to be seditious to actively and physically resist and/or attack the tyrant who has abrogated the social and political compact that binds us - the US Constitution. Nor did the Founding Fathers - to the contrary, the right to bear arms is predicated upon the ability of the citizenry to eradicate tyranny.
Canada and Australia had their Constitutions handed to them by the Queen. It was not a compact of negotiation betwixt citizens.
@MrStrictlyStock All members of US government: appointed, elected or recruited take an oath to the Constitution. Their stated purpose is to serve, uphold and defend the Constitution. In deed anyone who has taken that oath and violated it could be deemed a traitor. If this constitutes treason we have a long list of traitors who have taken up residence1600 Pennsylvania Avenue Washington DC as well as other high offices. Traitors & tyrants are one in the same here in my view & need be dealt with.
@Digdigs2 Oh no???Here we go with conspiracy theories/blame Bush for everything wrong in the world crap? Are you talking about Prescott Bush? Yea...he came up with the whole damn scam? It had nothing to do with "Union Bank"...who um by the way wasn't the only bank in the world at the time?...Yea the entire Bush Family and the U.S. caused Adolph Hitler to be a fanatic?...It had nothing to do with the fact Hitler was an inbred? Probably like you are? So thanks for playin there Mr. Spellcheck. Tard
@Digdigs2 Youve got a pretty big list of some loosely based aurguments pal-but I'd love to see you prove all that shit 100%.BTW America got into WW2 becuz Pearl Harbor was bombed by Japan who happened to be a German ally at the time...who I'm sure mightve given Hitler some money every once in awhile/from time to time?So it was sort of a package deal to go fight the Nazis-who were just some real lovely people back then They were kinda like your lil Muzzie buddies-wanting to take over the world.
@Digdigs2 Gee Digs why won't you say where you are from? Course I'd be a little shy to say too-knowing that the Bush family and every person in America who is christian or jewish over here is "plotting" conspiracies against your perfect society---oh oopps---I meant "saving you"...Well you just go ahead and keep defending the muslims and Islam then...They'll "save" you eventually? Just give it a few years? Once they slaughter you and your family-tell us all how great and nonviolent they are then?
@TheStaticage01 One war huh? whatever you reckon... I am not muslim by the way... nor christian or jewish. all three are equally responsible for the various religious based violences of the past 5 centuries or so, so screw them all.
@Digdigs2 arew you serious??!! islam is without question the most intolerant religion in the universe!!..do you know you are not even allowed to enter saudi arabia if you are jew..now thats what you call intolerant....educate yourself to islam
@Digdigs2 Surely you don't believe that nonsense you said that islam is no more violent nor intolerant than Christianity or Judaism? Have you read anything at all regarding current events the past half century?
Who determines what is or is not included within the term "human rights"?
@MrStrictlyStock LOL have I read anything? Kind of... I have 1 degree for which I read history and religious studies, and am on my 2nd, reading law. Your last 2 questions are interesting. tThere is a huge amount of material on the subject, given that OZ is currently debating the idea of a bill of rights (which I disagee with - surprised?). Maybe you should do some reading yourself & form an opinion independent of the FOX/Murdoch junta. Possibly you will not change opinions, but I doubt it.
@Digdigs2 Wow digsy---you sure do have alot of blame to go around here?-youve blamed America for just about anything thats ever gone wrong in the world? Now your blaming Fox news too? You know this world isn't full of automotons who only watch one channel for info?what I think MrStrictly like so many others is trying to tell you is...hmmm...how do I say this in the most polite way???...hmmm...oh yea...PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS!
@Digdigs2 You may have read something, but your ability to relate it to the real world has been found lacking.
I have read plenty about the invasion of Lebs and Somalis. They WON'T assimilate - surprised?, and besides being parasitic and desirous of special considerations, commit, per capita, far more violent crimes than their hosts.
You have avoided the point: Who determines what are human rights?
@MrStrictlyStock Ius gentium may be a haed concept to understand for a person of such autocratic leaning as yourself. I guess I'd better elaborate. There are certain erga omnes duties that arise as part of being human, these are classed as such by the recognition of such duties/rights by a large majority (international). This erga omnes, by its recognition = foundational rights that are then enforcable by custom and become law - ius cogens. Authority is thus predicated by the social contract.
@Digdigs2 The social contract - means YOU as part of a broader democratic unity give or remove the authority on which the concepts of human rights rest. If you think human rights should not exist, then, being in the minority, your opinion will not be acted upon, ie is not part of erga omnes (the ius gentium) & so will not become ius cogens.
@Digdigs2 If you feel Latin to be your preferred language, you might consider the priesthood. The language utilised herein is English.
You're just reciting opinion and bullshit. A "large majority (international)" of what? Socialist revolutionaries? "by it's recognition" - by whom? You and some other dreamers? "Enforcable by custom" - the custom in Australia is to follow the law.
The "social contract" happens to be the Constitution, not some weird ass brain fart by social tinkerers.
@MrStrictlyStock "the custom in Australia is to follow the law" exactly - HumanRights are part of international law treaties signed by Oz, hence the law here. That is why HR applies here.
I'm 'reciting' law, Australian law, if you think it is bullshit, maybe you should move away...
By a "large majority" I mean a large majority of people - like you & me.
@MrStrictlyStock The constitution is an expression of the social contract, not all of it - also forming part of it is the common law and statute for example the Human Rights Commission Act & the Racial Discrimination Act, both protected by the constitution.
We don't have a Religious discrimination act because it is already in the constitution...
@Digdigs2 You claim that religions are intolerant and/or violent. This is not the case. While, some elements of religion are intolerant and extremist, it is not acceptable to claim this attitude to the religion itself. Is a religion intolerant if it seeks it's spread? I believe not. Any movement, be it religious or not, has seeks to spread its ideology because it believes it is for the betterment of mankind. Yet, i wonder why the same claim of intolerance isn't given to other movements?
@Justiceinaustralia BTW - my original discussion was not that religions are intolerant, but that no one religion was more or less intolerant... but whatever, since you bring it up - religions are intolerant beccause they have at their core a set of unprovable/unquantifiable foundational beliefs which cannot be discussed or compromised on - unlike most other movements.
@Digdigs2 That is a pretty bold statement. I want you to open the beginning of any book on the 'Practical Laws of Islam' written by our scholars. The first point mentioned is the fundamental beliefs of religion must be established based on logic and reasoning. That is, Islam calls upon mankind to follow religion through the use of intellect. I understand you have had bad experiences with religion.
@Digdigs2 Take the gay rights movement. This movement is certainly not attached to any claims of the 'divine'. Yet, it is currently taking a belligerent and intolerant attitude, even violent in recent years and months. All those who do not accept their views regarding gay marriages, are castigated. Why do you not attach intolerance and violence to them?
You cannot say that if a religion is proselytising, it is intolerant.
@Justiceinaustralia Yeah right.... how many Jews have killed how many Muslims? How many Christians have Killed how many Jews? How many Catholics have killed how many Protestants?... you get the point... Now - how may gay activists have killed how many homophobes?
@Digdigs2 Why compare a 2000 year history to a 20 or 30 year history? I thought you could think a little more outside the box, particularly, when looking at it in terms of changing laws and norms over that period.
Digdigs2, Religion has been abused, but then again, what hasn't been abused?
@ditrapped I 2nd your statement. All over in european and westernized cultures we accept Muslims into our countries with kindness and civility-and little by little they fuck things up for everyone! Any soverign nation should have the right to deport or jail any non-born guest immigrant and their offspring if they don't shape up and accept the culture that they have moved too. Theres a thin line between immigrant and invader and it is a very fine one!
@ditrapped It is unfortunate that your limited knowledge has led to such an ignorant comment.
I ask you, have you ever read literature on Islam, written by well-known and regarded Muslim scholars?
Can you please read, 'The letter of Imam Ali to Malik Al-Ashtar'. This letter profoundly discusses the issue of human rights and has been declared by the United Nations as the earliest and most comprehensive piece of literature on Human Rights.
This is the Islam which is unfortunately being veiled.
@Justiceinaustralia I said Islam is Intolerant and Violent, Islam is not known to be Violent? really making that claim? tell that to the lady in iran thats going to be executed because of the blashemy laws, tell that to the family's of the gays Iran is hanging. tell that to the victims of the many terrorist acts that have been commited around the world. fact is islam is known to the outside world of being violent, justly so.
@ditrapped Known to be is one thing and is; is another thing all together. In Iran nobody in it's history has been executed as a result of these things. In regards to blasphemy laws; Islam has always been and is an ardent supporter of freedom of dialogue. Yet, before responding to your claim, I ask you, in most places in Europe, what would be the punishment met toward someone who denies the holocaust? Better yet, if he draws a degrading cartoon regarding the holocaust?
@Justiceinaustralia I said known to be, and ended it with justly so. so don't try to get me on a technicality "In Iran nobody in it's history has been executed as a result of these things." you know why? cause Iran president says nobody in Iran is gay. therefor no gay people have been executed but they have executed people based on homosexual acts. hmmm? something odd with that?
@Justiceinaustralia on blasphemy what about Rushdie? Ayatollah Khomeini of Iran issued a fatwa which called for Muslims to kill Rushdie and all publishers of his book The Satanic Verses, Japanese translator was stabbed to death, Italian translator stabbed but lived, Norwegian translator injured. fact is people are persecuted there If your not muslim. Lady I was talking about sorry but that was in Pakistan another Muslim regime.
@ditrapped The Rushdie fatwa cannot be looked at alone. It seems the announcement of this punishment is more of a political announcement versus a political announcement (against Islam) as in the case of S. R. You should have greater awareness of the political situation of the time, as well as the context of the author etc. Of course, there has been a lot of discussion regarding the validity of the fatwa. All in all, you should look at the general principles, rather than specific cases.
@Justiceinaustralia Punishment for somebody who denies the holocaust? no punishment, people have the right to say what they want, and that right is important, regardless of what I think of it, but when making such stupid claims expect people to say something back. If somebody draws a degrading cartoon regarding the holocaust? people can draw whatever they like, doesn't mean I'm going to break down they're door, and try to chop them up with a axe, like what the muslims are doing.
@ditrapped Actually, for your information, which i am sure Fox news and other sources prefer to disclose; in much of Europe there are severe punishments of Holocaust denial and even more sever punishments for insulting or degrading events in that regard. The punishments begin at around 3 years imprisonment. You can do your own independent research. i wonder why you have not blamed 'secularism' for this intolerance?
@Justiceinaustralia Intolerant? see before mentioned things, sharia law, absolute intolerance of atheism, gays, women's rights etc etc etc my original comment still stands, Intolerant and Violent like all religious beliefs are.
Listen dont bother with shiawatchaustralia.. he is a low life that has no values or morals in his life... his comments dont make sense, baseless with no facts..
Sheikh Mansour would be a great loss to this community.. but one thing we have to understand is that the Imam Husain Islamic Centre with Continue to flourish up until our Imam Mahdi a.f comes. We are believers so we must submit to Allah swt will. SHIA ISLAM WILL NEVER PERISH
@shiawatchaustralia <---- shame on you and your comments..this is a man of justice and peace and has recieved none in return from the government. he has given so much to a community that you wouldn't even know about otherwise you would never has posted your disgusting comments! shame on you
I find the people who scream ans shout about Human rights are the ones that commit the most human wrongs

BradNC11175 1 year ago
@BradNC11175 They already have pressured to have foot washing fountains in major airports. Imagine the outcry from the ACLU if Catholics demanded Ho;y Water dispensers.
Michigan, especially Detroit and it's suburbs, are quickly becoming moslem enclaves.
Minnesota has always been a hotbed of progressives. But now they seem even more self destructive than before.
MrStrictlyStock 1 year ago
@MrStrictlyStock Well as long as I can open my pulled pork BBQ stand beside the foot washing fountains I am game. My customers would have a place to wash all that swine off their hands. Detroit & Michigan are lost causes: increasing Muzzie heathen population + a mecca of fucked up reds otherwise known as labor unions= a merry band of cluster fucks. Would the "Holy Water & the Muzzie foot washing water come from the same spicket or could we just recycle toilet water?
BradNC11175 1 year ago
@BradNC11175 ha ha ha their foot washing stations remind me of the old fashioned 1940s and 50s era troff style urinals that used to be in men's restrooms. I always wondered what they did with those old things when a place with public toilets replaced them with singular urinals??? Now we all know-they sold em to the rags heads to wash up before the go and prostrate themselves doggystyle to allah. Way to go Muzzies-no wonder you guys smell like piss!
TheStaticage01 1 year ago

TheStaticage01 1 year ago
@TheStaticage01 Totally agree and for all those that say islams ok ,show me a islamic country that is progressive ,fair and kind to its own people .

You will ALWAYS see them disrespecting laws that don't adopt their viewpoints.

annoying to see a Muslim complaining about human rights when he's a member of such a violent and intolerant religion.

Digdigs2 1 year ago
@Digdigs2 I just said Islam is intolerant, I didn't mean it's the ONLY intolerant religion, yes all of them are intolerant. but I will say that if it was a competition in violence and intolerance I think personally that Islam would take the cake.
ditrapped 1 year ago
@ditrapped Yea-you are right ISLAM definately wins the "I'm the biggest asshole" contest!-God I'm so intolerant of their intolerance-no one should tolerate that shit. I'm not saying kill em-I'm saying deport em before they kill us.(but if a few got roughed up a little-I'd be okay with that)?
TheStaticage01 1 year ago
@Digdigs2 yea but umm...fundamentalist christians and hard-line jews generally don't hijack planes and crash them into large buildings-or strap their kids in bomb vests and tell them that will will go to heaven if they do so? I totally disagree...ISLAM IS THE PROBLEM..as far as rights goes...Muslims are into taking away as many rights as possible. Those things walkin around in burkas-those are muslim women-no wonder Muslims are so violent-they cant drink and they cant look at women. Its a prob!
TheStaticage01 1 year ago

Digdigs2 1 year ago
@Digdigs2 I spelled it wrong on purpose! Because I've read that piece of trash and I like to trash the spelling of it!

@BradNC11175 I agree-they need to be stepped on as soon as one of them speaks sedition!
TheStaticage01 1 year ago
@TheStaticage01 As I understand it all of Europe is in need of seditious activity. Not by the Muzzie filth but by the indigenous populace. If it weren't for corrupt leadership who have sold the soviergnty of European nations down the river very cheaply & allowed that Muzzie filth in we wouldn't even be having this conversation. Canada, Australia & the US have been scuttled as well by the "leadership". Seditious activity is being plotted & will come to pass sooner or later one way or another.
BradNC11175 1 year ago
@BradNC11175 I personally don't consider it to be seditious to actively and physically resist and/or attack the tyrant who has abrogated the social and political compact that binds us - the US Constitution. Nor did the Founding Fathers - to the contrary, the right to bear arms is predicated upon the ability of the citizenry to eradicate tyranny.
Canada and Australia had their Constitutions handed to them by the Queen. It was not a compact of negotiation betwixt citizens.
MrStrictlyStock 1 year ago

@Digdigs2 Surely you don't believe that nonsense you said that islam is no more violent nor intolerant than Christianity or Judaism? Have you read anything at all regarding current events the past half century?
Who determines what is or is not included within the term "human rights"?
Who decided "human rights" are inalienable?
MrStrictlyStock 1 year ago 4
@MrStrictlyStock LOL have I read anything? Kind of... I have 1 degree for which I read history and religious studies, and am on my 2nd, reading law. Your last 2 questions are interesting. tThere is a huge amount of material on the subject, given that OZ is currently debating the idea of a bill of rights (which I disagee with - surprised?). Maybe you should do some reading yourself & form an opinion independent of the FOX/Murdoch junta. Possibly you will not change opinions, but I doubt it.
Digdigs2 1 year ago
@Digdigs2 Wow digsy---you sure do have alot of blame to go around here?-youve blamed America for just about anything thats ever gone wrong in the world? Now your blaming Fox news too? You know this world isn't full of automotons who only watch one channel for info?what I think MrStrictly like so many others is trying to tell you is...hmmm...how do I say this in the most polite way???...hmmm...oh yea...PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS!
TheStaticage01 1 year ago
@Digdigs2 You may have read something, but your ability to relate it to the real world has been found lacking.
I have read plenty about the invasion of Lebs and Somalis. They WON'T assimilate - surprised?, and besides being parasitic and desirous of special considerations, commit, per capita, far more violent crimes than their hosts.
You have avoided the point: Who determines what are human rights?
MrStrictlyStock 1 year ago
@MrStrictlyStock Human rights - based on concept of ius gentium.
Digdigs2 1 year ago
@Digdigs2 FAIL! And superciliousness does not become you.
Let's try this one more time. Pay attention to the directions this time around.
WHO or WHAT ENTITY determines what are human rights? From WHENCE did he/she/it obtain authority to dictate such terms?
MrStrictlyStock 1 year ago
@MrStrictlyStock Ius gentium may be a haed concept to understand for a person of such autocratic leaning as yourself. I guess I'd better elaborate. There are certain erga omnes duties that arise as part of being human, these are classed as such by the recognition of such duties/rights by a large majority (international). This erga omnes, by its recognition = foundational rights that are then enforcable by custom and become law - ius cogens. Authority is thus predicated by the social contract.
Digdigs2 1 year ago
@Digdigs2 The social contract - means YOU as part of a broader democratic unity give or remove the authority on which the concepts of human rights rest. If you think human rights should not exist, then, being in the minority, your opinion will not be acted upon, ie is not part of erga omnes (the ius gentium) & so will not become ius cogens.
Digdigs2 1 year ago
@Digdigs2 If you feel Latin to be your preferred language, you might consider the priesthood. The language utilised herein is English.
You're just reciting opinion and bullshit. A "large majority (international)" of what? Socialist revolutionaries? "by it's recognition" - by whom? You and some other dreamers? "Enforcable by custom" - the custom in Australia is to follow the law.
The "social contract" happens to be the Constitution, not some weird ass brain fart by social tinkerers.
MrStrictlyStock 1 year ago
@MrStrictlyStock "the custom in Australia is to follow the law" exactly - HumanRights are part of international law treaties signed by Oz, hence the law here. That is why HR applies here.
I'm 'reciting' law, Australian law, if you think it is bullshit, maybe you should move away...
By a "large majority" I mean a large majority of people - like you & me.
Digdigs2 1 year ago
@MrStrictlyStock The constitution is an expression of the social contract, not all of it - also forming part of it is the common law and statute for example the Human Rights Commission Act & the Racial Discrimination Act, both protected by the constitution.
We don't have a Religious discrimination act because it is already in the constitution...
Digdigs2 1 year ago
@Digdigs2 You claim that religions are intolerant and/or violent. This is not the case. While, some elements of religion are intolerant and extremist, it is not acceptable to claim this attitude to the religion itself. Is a religion intolerant if it seeks it's spread? I believe not. Any movement, be it religious or not, has seeks to spread its ideology because it believes it is for the betterment of mankind. Yet, i wonder why the same claim of intolerance isn't given to other movements?
Justiceinaustralia 1 year ago
@Justiceinaustralia BTW - my original discussion was not that religions are intolerant, but that no one religion was more or less intolerant... but whatever, since you bring it up - religions are intolerant beccause they have at their core a set of unprovable/unquantifiable foundational beliefs which cannot be discussed or compromised on - unlike most other movements.
Digdigs2 1 year ago
@Digdigs2 That is a pretty bold statement. I want you to open the beginning of any book on the 'Practical Laws of Islam' written by our scholars. The first point mentioned is the fundamental beliefs of religion must be established based on logic and reasoning. That is, Islam calls upon mankind to follow religion through the use of intellect. I understand you have had bad experiences with religion.
Justiceinaustralia 1 year ago
@Digdigs2 Take the gay rights movement. This movement is certainly not attached to any claims of the 'divine'. Yet, it is currently taking a belligerent and intolerant attitude, even violent in recent years and months. All those who do not accept their views regarding gay marriages, are castigated. Why do you not attach intolerance and violence to them?
You cannot say that if a religion is proselytising, it is intolerant.
Justiceinaustralia 1 year ago
@Justiceinaustralia Yeah right.... how many Jews have killed how many Muslims? How many Christians have Killed how many Jews? How many Catholics have killed how many Protestants?... you get the point... Now - how may gay activists have killed how many homophobes?
Digdigs2 1 year ago
@Digdigs2 Why compare a 2000 year history to a 20 or 30 year history? I thought you could think a little more outside the box, particularly, when looking at it in terms of changing laws and norms over that period.
Digdigs2, Religion has been abused, but then again, what hasn't been abused?
Justiceinaustralia 1 year ago
@ditrapped I 2nd your statement. All over in european and westernized cultures we accept Muslims into our countries with kindness and civility-and little by little they fuck things up for everyone! Any soverign nation should have the right to deport or jail any non-born guest immigrant and their offspring if they don't shape up and accept the culture that they have moved too. Theres a thin line between immigrant and invader and it is a very fine one!
TheStaticage01 1 year ago
@ditrapped It is unfortunate that your limited knowledge has led to such an ignorant comment.
I ask you, have you ever read literature on Islam, written by well-known and regarded Muslim scholars?
Can you please read, 'The letter of Imam Ali to Malik Al-Ashtar'. This letter profoundly discusses the issue of human rights and has been declared by the United Nations as the earliest and most comprehensive piece of literature on Human Rights.
This is the Islam which is unfortunately being veiled.
Justiceinaustralia 1 year ago
@Justiceinaustralia I said Islam is Intolerant and Violent, Islam is not known to be Violent? really making that claim? tell that to the lady in iran thats going to be executed because of the blashemy laws, tell that to the family's of the gays Iran is hanging. tell that to the victims of the many terrorist acts that have been commited around the world. fact is islam is known to the outside world of being violent, justly so.
ditrapped 1 year ago
@ditrapped Known to be is one thing and is; is another thing all together. In Iran nobody in it's history has been executed as a result of these things. In regards to blasphemy laws; Islam has always been and is an ardent supporter of freedom of dialogue. Yet, before responding to your claim, I ask you, in most places in Europe, what would be the punishment met toward someone who denies the holocaust? Better yet, if he draws a degrading cartoon regarding the holocaust?
Justiceinaustralia 1 year ago
@Justiceinaustralia I said known to be, and ended it with justly so. so don't try to get me on a technicality "In Iran nobody in it's history has been executed as a result of these things." you know why? cause Iran president says nobody in Iran is gay. therefor no gay people have been executed but they have executed people based on homosexual acts. hmmm? something odd with that?
ditrapped 1 year ago
@Justiceinaustralia on blasphemy what about Rushdie? Ayatollah Khomeini of Iran issued a fatwa which called for Muslims to kill Rushdie and all publishers of his book The Satanic Verses, Japanese translator was stabbed to death, Italian translator stabbed but lived, Norwegian translator injured. fact is people are persecuted there If your not muslim. Lady I was talking about sorry but that was in Pakistan another Muslim regime.
ditrapped 1 year ago
@ditrapped The Rushdie fatwa cannot be looked at alone. It seems the announcement of this punishment is more of a political announcement versus a political announcement (against Islam) as in the case of S. R. You should have greater awareness of the political situation of the time, as well as the context of the author etc. Of course, there has been a lot of discussion regarding the validity of the fatwa. All in all, you should look at the general principles, rather than specific cases.
Justiceinaustralia 1 year ago
@Justiceinaustralia Punishment for somebody who denies the holocaust? no punishment, people have the right to say what they want, and that right is important, regardless of what I think of it, but when making such stupid claims expect people to say something back. If somebody draws a degrading cartoon regarding the holocaust? people can draw whatever they like, doesn't mean I'm going to break down they're door, and try to chop them up with a axe, like what the muslims are doing.
ditrapped 1 year ago
@ditrapped Actually, for your information, which i am sure Fox news and other sources prefer to disclose; in much of Europe there are severe punishments of Holocaust denial and even more sever punishments for insulting or degrading events in that regard. The punishments begin at around 3 years imprisonment. You can do your own independent research. i wonder why you have not blamed 'secularism' for this intolerance?
Justiceinaustralia 1 year ago
@Justiceinaustralia Intolerant? see before mentioned things, sharia law, absolute intolerance of atheism, gays, women's rights etc etc etc my original comment still stands, Intolerant and Violent like all religious beliefs are.
