But double pedal show skilss playing...it can make a song faster...or can do same patterns as bass in some songs.

It's true about 32th notes, only need a few years of training...but it helps in open and closed hihat beats

the thing is the double pedal only give the illusion that the song is faster

for example, a person is playing with a double pedal at 100BPM, any normal person would think "no way man he's playing way faster than any punk musician" the double pedal would make them think that it's 200BPM when it's actually on 100

2 be honest, you DON'T NEED THAT MANY DRUMS. Drummers like neal peart and Terry Bozio only have big huge drum kits for show. All though they actually play all the drums, it is highly unnecessary. Drummers like Terry Bozio didn't always have a huge kit. Big kits are big, hard to lug around & cover up the drummer too much. You can play any style with a standard kit size.
