  • in my opinion, he should of sidestepped to clear the baby and women, just as he fired.

  • What!!!

  • Obviously the baby wasn't hit!

  • Easy to slag off the clerk, but what would u do with a split second to decide. The robber may well have killed everyone in the place. He certainly did not go there to be friendly.

  • $10 says momma aint sleeping toniiiiiiiight!

  • He shot too close to the baby.

  • Tunnel vision from adrenaline rush I believe he had control baby was close as hell tho but I think he seen his target well and the lil girl wasn't in the line of fire but damn she was close

  • what a fucking idiot. Theres a kid 2 inches from where you fired your first shots jackass. what a complete moron.

  • @SirAtheoi The mother was a moron as well, just standing at the counter like a sheep.

  • @SirAtheoi So would you rather have had him wait for a clearer shot, giving the robber more time to start shooting everyone in there, including the child? He didn't know what the man's intentions were, for all he knew, the robber was 2 seconds away from killing everyone. This guy did exactly what he should have.

  • Did he kill the bad guy?

  • Comment removed

  • Lol style category

  • I like how he used the other clerk as cover... :-)

    just instincts but funny

  • @yec1JF I believe he only used the other clerk to hide that he was reaching for his weapon. If he had the chance, I bet he would have pushed her out of the way.

  • @treysturgeon That is definitely a possibility - However, at their core our instinctsmes (that take over when a massive rush of adrenaline hit) can be very selfish - but no way to know for sure one way or the other

I give the guy credit for his successful repelling of the bad guy.

  • Impressive responce time by the police. Just remember:

When seconds count, the police are just minutes away.

  • I like how he hid behind the other clerk, drew his weapon, then returned fire when the guy shot at him. Good job! Glad the child was not hurt!

  • Nice shooting, but you don't shoot someone who is fleeing.

  • THis is the dumbest shit ive ever seen!!!!! that clerk is a fkn idiot and obviously has never taken a CCW class

  • Well done by the clerk, moved to get line of sight away from the child, and opened fire. A word to you criminals, if you choose to take what is not yours, we will defend ourselves and our neighbors.

  • One way this could have been better would be if the clerk had a .45 w/Hydra-Shoks and at least one of the 3 fired rounds hit L'il Antoine in his nappy, ugly, smelly, shit colored chimp head and blew it clean off of his chimp shoulders...instead of putting his wounded, not dead, chimp ass in the hospital with his medical care and eventual incarceration paid for by socially contributory non-chimps...that are really getting sick and tired of chimp misbehavior and want to see a lot of dead chimps.

    STC

  • he should of steped out more after the first shot. wish we had sound. i would of screamed at the man i will shoot you!!! :-) most will runn w.o havin to fire a round

  • Why didnt that fat pig move her baby out of harms way?

  • Hey that baby could've been shot. That wasn't worth that little girls life! But great shooting man!

  • @sexyty182 Notice how he moved around the child, this is just smart shooting.

  • I'm happy that there is still people in the world who carry pistols legally...Good job man. he didnt even hesitate for a split second, he knew exactly what he was doing, even stood beside the woman so the robber couldnt see him pulling his weapon, well done sir

  • You people are fucking stupid. He was not even close to hitting that little girl. He did everything exactly as he should have. The only people who are bitching about this are criminals who dont want to be shot for acting like a worthless pile of shit.

  • Hell yes.

  • Couldn't we use some Metallica instead of this Phantom of the Opera crap. Jeeze Hall & Oats would work. Next time I have to shoot some one in self defense this s@#t will be playing in my head!

Do I have to hear the actual music the authors of the 2nd Amendment listened to?!

  • I don't give a shit if you fire a first. If you drew and gun on me, I'd shoot your ass.

  • He thinks he's a hero by almost shooting a baby girl

  • @ILUVTZN Did you not watch the video? He didn't "almost shoot a baby girl." He VERY CALMLY drew his firearm unnoticed, and fired 3 WELL PLACED shots into the ARMED robber. There was nothing ALMOST about this. The only "almost" about this was that the robber "almost" got away with it except for that pesky kid. Almost only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades.

  • Whats "CCW"?

  • @aosseily carry concealed weapon..

  • What the fuck is wrong with u. It was so awesome when u almost hit the little girl

  • What a dumbass !! I like how heroic he was when he used his co worker as a shield smh

  • @Venom0496 i think he was hiding the fact that he was drawing on him. notice he was shot at as soon as the perp realized it.

  • P.O.S. dead...period...GREAT JOB!!!

  • Thumbs down, he hid behind fat chick, and completly missed that dangerious baby.

  • Good thing his job let him carry!

  • lol The scumbag didn't even make it out the door. Well done.

  • Who the hell thinks it's a good idea to rob a motel? Who pays cash for motel rooms?

  • I agree! If the Clerk had not shot the man. The man could turn around in a split second and could have gotten a few shots off. Possibly hitting the baby, the women or him. He had to make sure the man did not just walk outside, get positioned and then start firing inside the store. He did the right thing. My 45 Ruger has saved my life 4 times. Though I didn't have to fire at anyone, the presence of it scared the life out of my attackers, and they instantly changed their minds. CCW Rules!

  • @FacetsOfTruth Four times?! You might want to reconsider your life style choices. I'm 60 and I have been in that kind of situation once. It was a bad choice to be where I was, when I was.

  • @SphynkTorr Yeah! I no longer work for Brinks Armor Car or Dominos Pizza (I think now you know it was not my lifestyle but rather my work choices. See how easy it is to judge people? I have never been arrested or done anything to be arrested for. I've been honored for heroism by The House, and I'm an outstanding citizen. But the 20 men that were involved in attacking me were not so stellar individuals & besides some very messed up pizzas, they gained very little in their near-death experiences

  • Love the Rick Wakeman music

  • I wouldn't have taken the shot with the kid there, so close not worth the money.

  • @SaintMichael82 He clears the angle of the baby but you cannot tell because of where the camera is positioned. He was able to shoot between himself and the door without putting anyone but the robber at risk.

  • @SaintMichael82 Who is to say he only wanted money

  • a person running away because he encounters a threat, will wait after taking cover and will shoot you when you are not under cover that is why you shoot at the attacker no matter what he is doing at the time your sights accuire the target if you stop to wait to see his front you die.He starts you get to finish.

  • That baby was so close! Good aim brother!

  • Anyone that just sees the suspect running away and wonders why the clerk shot; Take a look at the 31-34 second mark in the clip. The robber appeared to have fired one round which hit off camera. The clerk dropped down, then returned fire. Clear case of self defense.

  • @underfundedboy I don't care if you fire or not. If you brandish a weapon, I consider any shots fired in your direction legitimate self-defense. Come on!

  • @theyoungmrt What are you trying to say? if you "brandish a weapon" so show/wave a weapon...then they fire at you its self-defense? Not only is that exactly what I said but any weapon used on you or a bystander allows CCW members to protect themselves or others. They don't have to shoot, I was saying to people that didn't see the suspect fire first, and only saw him run away that he indeed fired on the innocent bystanders first before attempting to break contact...which only affirms his actions

  • @underfundedboy Here's what I'm trying to say. If someone pulls a gun on you, and you have a gun, and you wait for him to fire before you do, you're doing it wrong. You shouldn't be expected to have to wait for bullets to fly your direction before you can defend yourself from an aggressor. My point is, it was a clear-cut case of self-defense whether or not the other guy fired first.

  • @underfundedboy i don't care he should have just given the guy the money with that child there

  • @orgasmicdominator thats what Iv'e been trying to tell people in here. Got a whole mess of people who think this is a movie.

  • @orgasmicdominator At about 0:31 you can see the impact from the bullet that the would be robber already fired... are you suggesting that he just stood there and let him keep shooting... with a kid there?

  • @andiWILLwanderon he fired that shot because the clerk pulled the gun dumbass

  • @orgasmicdominator - ok. let's play out that scenario. maybe they go for the money and the man decides to shoot the victims anyway. This is a clear case of a person that got what was coming to him. Don't blame the clerk for putting peoples lives at risk. Why do all of you sensitive liberal asses always want favor the CRIMINAL? "oh, the poor man probably had a daddy that didn't like him, so it's not the criminals fault". I would love to see you shit your pants in that situation.

  • @metallistout First off i carry a 45 im no pussy. second the crackhead wanting his next fix isnt gonna kill everyone anyway this is real life not a movie fucktard!

  • @orgasmicdominator And you know for a fact he is a crackhead. You're a fucking moron. What do you know about real life kid

  • hard to say exactly, i'm not sure if i would have shot. if the perp saw my weapon and just ran i would have withheld fire. but if the perp had a gun and threatening with it, he was well within his rights to open fire. you don't know what the perp would do, no ones a mind reader. the camera angle makes the woman and child look closer than they are i think. you can tell the dude had some training from the way he hold his weapon and moves about. good for him for being responsible!

  • As CCW holder I find this video horrible. then man shouldnt put that child in the fire like that....

  • @two0sixTay Ya that was really scary but only he can make that call, only he knows how good his aim and nerves are in that situation. On the flip side had he not acted he could have been murdered along with everyone else. I can't tell you how many times I have seen them walk right in and shoot people just for the fuck of it for $50 worth of small bills. You have to assume when a criminal has a gun hes going to murder you.

  • think of what this vid would look like if he missed the last shot and accidently hit the girl. i dont think this vid would be on youtube

  • I'm not sure that it's cool to fire on a bad guy if he's running away. At that point the threat is already diminished. Tough call.

  • @modelleg Running away and not being shot at means they can regroup and come back.

And in the lass than TWO SECONDS the 3 shots were fired, you CANNOT make the "threat or no threat" distinction when they've already pulled a gun on you, at that point, it's you or them ending up with bullets in vital areas, and it's better that it's them.

  • some one please..........shoot the fat ass bitch out of the fucken way!!!!!

  • @eddyg2020 Shut up you idiot, shes not a fucking tactical commando, shes was scared shitless and didn't want to make a move to agitate the criminal. Plus shes didn't know that gun was gonna shoot until he did.

  • stupid white fat bitch trash........IN RED!!, sees the robber in action and the fat bitch wont get out of the way??? WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THE FAT BITCH??? SHE WAITING FOR A HAMBURGER TO GO OR WHAT THE fuck????!!!

  • Nice job of sliding in and securing the weapon on the floor. Looks to me like the desk clerk has some decent training!

  • .40 cal. nuff said.

  • dude did he realy shoot when the little girl was just to his left?

  • @Dro77080 Yes, An obviously well prepared and well trained lawful concealed carry permit holder placed 3 well aimed shots into the perp who had a gun and would have used it not on a bad guy, but on anyone in the room to get what he wanted. The little girl should be thankful, she's too young to be an anti gun hippie, but thanks to him, she can grow up to be one.

  • @TheTendertoxcity ok dont get your panties all in a waud....jeez....i was just in shock when i saw it

  • @Dro77080 Yep, he sure did. That's the result of training. You hit your target and not the folks around it. I'm sure the angle of this video make it look like the mom and child were a good deal closer than they actually. were.

  • good shooting nailed that fucker, he droped when he got poped from behind.

  • This young man responded correctly. Wud you rather the perp controlled this situation? This way only one person got shot. The one that deserved to be shot. If you say any differently then you obviously like criminals controlling your life! BRAVO young man you saved your life and 3 others!!!

  • Wow, starting a fire fight right next to a baby over a couple of hundred dollars. Hero?

  • Um, did anyone else acknowledge the fact that the suspect fired once AFTER the clerk drew his weapon? The man came in demanding money, not someone's life. If the clerk did not fatally wound the suspect as quickly as he did, it is likely (and typical) that the suspect would have continued to return fire, towards both clerks, mother, and child, putting everyone he thought he was protecting in greater danger. Way to go, Rambo. Now leave the justice dispersal to the professionals, please.

  • @shepherd4303 What makes you so sure that after the robber got the money, he wouldn't go to Plan B...Eliminate witnesses...?

  • @shepherd4303

when seconds count, police are only minutes away.

bet they would have wrote the hell out of that report though.

  • @shepherd4303 A mind reader? What is a professional?

  • i need my ccw

  • damn stupid u almost shot the little girl

  • @vangard213 He fired in self-defense and he used standard three shot tac tac firing. The fact that the bad guy turned does mean he was trying to shoot him in the back.

  • awesome

  • damn looked like if mom didnt move her child she couldve been shot

  • Woah, the guy with the guy almost killed that baby is her mothers arms.. hes a dumb fuck..

  • @callofduty60 he was not even clos to the baby its the angel of the camera dumb fuck he saved their lives. fuckin fan boy

  • @callofduty60 that means a lot coming from a guy named call of duty...people practice thousands of rounds to be this confident and accurate under pressure...the baby was not even close to getting hit or injured.

  • @callofduty60 actually no he is not. check the video again frame by frame. these cameras has a crapy depth of field and an even worse angle. there is atleast 3 foot distance between the gun and the baby going left, and 2 feet going forward.

  • @callofduty60 you must suck at aiming pretty bad . obviously he waited for them to move aside then he fires. it was like 3 feet away how can u mis-aimed and fire at the wrong target.?

  • @callofduty60 Yea ! lucky baby . This women sees there being robed and she stands there while the gun battle breaks out .

  • Dingbat with kid

  • Perfect! Text book...this guy has training and smarts! A good training video. I would have done the same....well, or better, lol. Good Job

  • a nervous robber with a gun might have shot people even after getting the money. the clerk not only had a gun, but knew exactly how to use it. three shots, three hits. he ended a very dangerous situation that could have ended with someone murdered. responsible citizens with propper training can sometimes be the best insurance from getting killed by a thug.

  • HE WAS A COUPLE FEET FROM THE KID AND ITS MOTHER IF YOU LOOK AT THE ANGLE. THEY MIGHT HAVE A RINGING IN THEIR EARS BUT THEY ARE ALIVE.

  • I saw this video on 20/20, and they were saying how terrible it was that the guy discharged his weapon so close to the child and mother. Apparently they prefer the gunman kill everyone.

  • I promise you, if the robber knows you're carrying, they will go for another target. Having a conceal carry is like having insurance on your car. It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

  • He almost shot the kid!!!

  • I use to live behind this hotel crazy shit

  • do the crime, do the time. eternal life sentence!

  • Excellent form. This man is a hero

  • what I dont get is why that mom just chills there while it all goes down till the clerk tells her bitch hide or something.

  • @chemic10010 that happens when someone is in shock.

  • @0611930024838 most combat engagements Ive been in and seen no one just looks around as rounds start firing they fight or flight! Its well known that those are the two human responses especially once you have a child and they are in danger as well, me being a Marine and a father.

  • @chemic10010 actually there are three know autonomic responses..fight...flight..and freeze..

  • @aikido10 well if you watch the vid you will see she is not in a freeze state as she looks around the entire time its happening

  • I'm all for gun but a child was there and there was no reason to shot the robber if he already had the money and was leaving if that robber would had shot back and hit the baby cause he seen the clerk gun it would have been over

    Bad move good shot

  • @braulio2122 Well he could have (considering they gave in once) killed the all (why leave witness) took the woman and the baby hostage raping and killing them later or simply because if we (honest citizens) don’t fight back then criminals will over run us whose going to stop them the less than 5% of cops who are already over worked and outnumbered?

  • best part of this video is the old 80's/90's rpg music in the background.

  • The kid is like WTF???

  • @MrPathorn Children are naturally violent anyway. Siblings will smack and punch each other at a very younge age with no exposure to the acts. Violence is instinctual. Seeing the ramifications of violence is likely to prevent them from using it. Hiding the real world from children offers them no protection at all. In fact it just does harm, it removes them from reality.

  • End of problem for everyone. Nice shots. I commend you. ..-Super

  • this is fucking epic finally some one fights back

  • he almost hit the lil girl..WTF??

  • That fat cunt should have dove for safety as soon as the robber came into the building. Or at least move to the nearest corner and shelter the kid. It was she that almost cost her poor baby's life, for being a slow reacting stupid fat cunt.

  • Wow three .40 into your body must be horribly painful

  • not a good video to show for ccw rights. allmost shot the kid

  • @totmacher777

this is a great video for ccw and 2nd amendment rights. the only person who was harmed was a piece of shit who would not work and earn a living. almost only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades

  • One less piece of shit to feed in prison !!

    Good job clerk!

  • 1 less nig for us to pay for in prison

  • That boy had some training...watch how he steps backwards....only some one with training does that

  • @gojoe36

Thats not true. Real training trains you to never step back. When you start stepping back it shows there could be a misfire or your not confident. Also you always hold your ground . You shoot, and sweep the area for more targets. though the man acted correctly

  • @knivesrgood depends on what you have trained for, all self-defense tactics teach you to step back as you draw your firearm. stepping back doesn't tell anyone anything except you stepped back..and have prepared your defense in doing so, what do you mean by misfire? so it is NOT TRUE that real training teaches you to never step back..because the defensive pistol courses do indeed teach you to step back.

  • Death to all such criminals and to all those who wish to deny others their god given right to defend self, others, and property. God bless this man for shooting that fucking murdering theiving shit heap. This sort of thing is just a positive form of the cleansing of society.

  • @EddygPS3 Most? Try all. The only reason that a person calls the police is so the social engineering statisticians can have an accurate count of crime rates. If you really need help, it is all up to you and those around you at the time. Even when a thug is caught on camera before he makes his getaway, it is nearly impossible to incriminate him with a grainy mugshot from a security cam. It is always best to stop crime in its steps and save the world from repeat offenses.

  • Very nice shooting.

  • Get owned bitch!!

  • This is the "Stand Your Ground" law in action, a law that should rightfully be granted in ALL states, as well as the Castle Doctrine and Alter-Ego doctrine......all should be legal.

  • It's all because of that damn MTV...

  • I hope the clerk doesn't end up in jail for shooting the bastard in the back. Hope this sends a message to crimanals out there!

  • Shot the bad guy in the back. Bet he got charged for that. Awesome video great job.

  • im from columbus ohio lol but yea good video of concealed carry in action

  • It was very close to the child, I paused it at the very first shot and boy it was maybe a couple feet if that. He should have yelled "Get Down" or motioned to the lady, glad he caught the guy but the camera angle makes it look very close.

  • He must have had the safety off that pistol and one in the chamber. Strange how he used the female clerk as protection, too.

  • @vinegaroon1 I don't think she was protection but rather preventing the suspect from seeing him draw. He jumps out into the open when he fires and even pushes her out of the way.

  • @vinegaroon1 I think he was, (not in cowerdly way) so the rober would not see what he was doing.

congrates to the clerk for use in his legal rights, not enough people do!

  • i bet he was fired to for shooting that close to a child and woman

  • The clerk might have been right but he should have told that mother and child to get down that was a little close i thought! He could have shot them then he would be prosecuted!

  • If every time someone tried to commit robbery, murder, rape, or kidnapping, the culprit got shot, don't you think that crime rates would go down. Oh ya. Child molesting fits in that list too.

  • @m8s4lif

it would be great if that were true. unfortunately, the science on the subject is both comprehensive and in oppositon to your statement.

the kind of fools who commit these crimes are, first, convinced they wont be caught or see any consequences, regardless of evidence, and second, lacking empathy for others.

they do these crimes because, to them, we are not people, just objects that have what they want.

  • @bootthefascists The science on the subject comprehensively shows that legal gun ownership reduces violent crime. When Texas legalized concealed carry, the murder rate dropped by 50% and has continued to drop.

Legal gun owners are responsible for less than 5% of all gun related crime. The vast majority are illegally obtained and carried weapons. Chicago which has the strictest possible gun laws, has some of the most gun crime in the nation. The stats speak for themselves.

  • @bootthefascists If they were shot on the spot when it happened, I do believe that they would be convinced otherwise. Problem is that just won't happen. As far as what really happens with these guys, I would have to agree with you.

Now if there was quick, sure, and severe punishment for crime, then I do believe that that would also have an affect. Problem is our present system doesn't allow that. It would not stop crime, but it would have an affect.

  • @bootthefascists Also I might mention, I don't believe that there really has ever been a study to show what would happen if all criminals were shot when they committed a crime. I don't mean a day after or a year after. I mean right when it happens. It only makes sense that there would be less repeat offenders.

  • That is Justified.

  • It is proven that a person can turn around faster then the average person can fire off a bullet. So even if he turned around as soon as he saw the bullet it's really not an issue. I agree, the man forfeit his life the moment he walked in there with a gun pointed at humans.

  • based on this video, i dont think that was justified. the guy was leaving. if the clerk had pulled the gun before the guy left, then you could argue he was protecting people. as it was, the robber was done and gone by the time the clerk started shooting. not justified.

  • @bootthefascists Based on your comment I don't think you know anything about Ohio law or gun law in general. Only in California and New York would any DA even think about filing charges against this man.

The moment that man pulled a weapon in pulled on 3 adults and a child, he forfeited his life. How can you be so sure he wasn't going to fire as he was leaving? This man is a hero and you're a moron.

  • @wtfdudenotcool101

i said nothing about legality. your straw-man-and-insult argumentative tactics, honed, no doubt, on the elementary school playgound, are not effective with me.

shooting a guy in the back while he is running away is not justified in this video. i admit there may be a scenario where that is justified, but it is not in this video.

if you cant have a discussion without calling people names, perhaps you should consider the possibility that YOU are a moron.

  • @bootthefascists It actually was justified, you don't seem to know the law. Also this isn't a Richard Dawkins video so get out of here with your straw man faggot shit.

No court in America would, or did, convict this man of any wrong doing. You would trust that the man wouldn't turn around and shoot or wouldn't come back? I wouldn't the second a man pulls a gun on me he forfeits his life, end of story.

This man is a hero and your an apologist piece of shit.

  • @wtfdudenotcool101

i dont see any guns other than the one in the supposed "hero's" hands. all i see is a guy standing there, and then the clerk pulls a gun and starts shooting.

again, based on this video, i see no justification for fireing that gun.

as for your insults, let me point out that i have made nothing but rational statements and you have been having a hissy fit like a cunt bitch.

if you spoke to me that way in person, i'd kick your bitch ass. fuck you.

  • @bootthefascists The police report and eye witness report both show state the man "walked in, showed a gun, and demanded money."

Also you can see after the clerk fires, the robber return fire when he's outside the door. The robber had held all of them at gunpoint which is definitely cause to fire. Who's to say he wouldn't have killed them after he got the money? As soon as he pointed the gun at those people he forfeited his life.

This is a textbook justified shoot.

  • @wtfdudenotcool101

thank you for posting without insults or other foolishness. although i see that you returned to your insulting ways in your next post...anyway, i watched the video again, i can see what may be return fire coming from the robber, maybe. as for the statements in the video preamble, as i said before, "based on this video" i dont see any justification. anyone can say anything they like about what the police report said, etc. i am basing my judgement only on whats in the video

  • @bootthefascists You must not have a very good sense of preservation if a man pointing a gun at you, two woman and a baby isn't grounds to take lethal action.

Good thing people like you have the rest of us to take care of you huh?

  • @wtfdudenotcool101

there you go again, making assumptions and running at the mouth. i've been in more than one real situation that required me to defend myself and others, and i have always acted calmly, decisively and effectively to end the threat.

my complaint is against excitable people with too much TV on their minds who think its just great to talk about killing and shooting people for the slightest provocation. the last few seconds of this video give me very little confidence.

  • @bootthefascists That's exactly what this guy did here. He had a gun pointed at him and "acted calmly, decisively and effectively to end the threat."

I have no love for someone who would endanger the lives of 3 innocent people and a baby for money. I say good riddance. Why are you even remotely defending this? You haven't given one reason yet that wasn't dispelled easily.

  • @bootthefascists When the gun came out, he wasn't running away. Only after he saw the gun did he turn. In Texas, the police would have given the clerk some free ammunition to replace what he used.

  • @bootthefascists it most definitely was justified

  • why are so many people under the delusion that armed robbers are all sane, rational, reasonable people who will immediately become passive when they "get what they want"? let's break this down. this man is an active lethal threat, of his own volition. there are 2 women and a child in immediate danger. you have a weapon that you are proficient with, and it's ready to go. you see an opportunity to put the threat down. you take it... i'm not seeing the problem.
