I don't necessarily agree with everything Zakir Naik says, but everyone knows that praying to anyone but God is not allowed in Islam and many people go to these shrines and bow to the saints' graves. That is wrong and that is, I believe, what Zakir Naik was trying to say. We cannot pray to anyone, not even the prophet. Only God is the one who can hear our prayers and grant us something.
